bGreen Supergreens & Fruit Review

bGreen Supergreens & Fruits Review

The bGreen Supergreens and Fruits formula is a energy-boosting, immunity-supporting, and gut-health-improving superfood formula produced by the Indian health supplement brand, bGreen.

The formula contains 17 potent super greens, fruit, and herbal ingredients, all intended to supply essential micronutrients and provide certain health benefits to the consumer.

This superfood powder has also been formulated in a way that makes it suitable for the biggest range of people – it is non-GMO, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and vegan.

bGreen Supergreens and Fruits is a superfood formula growing in popularity both within India and Asia, as well as across the rest of the world.

Therefore, I’m keen to take a closer look at it and see if it really can provide the benefits that the brand claims it will.

bGreen Supergreens & Fruits First Impressions

I like the branding of the bGreen website, the fact that there are videos integrated onto the site, the informative content about each product on the site, and the recipe and blog section.

However, it would be great to see more information about the bGreen company somewhere on the site.

Looking at the bGreen Supergreens and Fruits formula, it looks fine. I’m not overly excited about it, but it also doesn’t seem like there’s anything wrong with it, an initial glance.

Only when I look more closely at the powder and the company behind it will I be able to get a proper impression of the formula!

Background on bGreen

bGreen is a brand under the umbrella company, Bright Lifecare Private Limited. This company is one of the biggest health, wellness, and sports suppliers within India, owning a vast number of brands across the country.

The bGreen brand doesn’t just produce Supergreens and Fruits though. Amongst the brand’s best sellers sits protein powder, pre-workout formula, and vegan snack bars.

bGreen Supergreens & Fruits Benefits

bGreen Supergreens and Fruits is not only supposed to provide essential micronutrients to the consumer, but it also provides a number of important health benefits.

bGreen claims that the formula boosts the immune system, improves the health of the digestive system, boosts energy levels, and reduces stress levels.

bGreen Supergreens & Fruits Ingredients

bGreen Supergreens and Fruits contains 17 main ingredients.

Unfortunately, all of the ingredients within the formula exist within proprietary blends, meaning the amount of each ingredient within the formula is not disclosed.

This makes it incredibly difficult to work out the efficacy of the formula.

However, I’ll be looking at whether the formula will actually work or not later in this review. First, let’s take a look at the formula’s ingredient label!

Here is the complete list of the bGreen Supergreens and Fruits ingredients:

  • Alkalizing Greens – 0.91g –Spirulina Powder, Chlorella Powder, Alfalfa Powder, Moringa Powder, Spinach Powder, Wheatgrass Powder.
  • Antioxidant Blend – 2.38g –Pomegranate Juice Powder, Carrot Powder, Orange Fruit Powder, Tomato Powder, Apple Powder.
  • Fibre Blend – 0.7mg –Apple Fiber, Oat Fiber.
  • Immunity Blend – 0.5g – Acerola Cherry Powder, Amla Fruit Powder.
  • Anti-Inflammatory Blend – 0.11 – Black Pepper Fruit Extract, Curcumin Powder.

How does bGreen Supergreens & Fruits Taste?

The bGreen Supergreens and Fruits formula is available in either Masala Flavor, or Unflavored. Reviews of the formula, with regards to the taste, are popular.

The Masala flavored formula, in particular, seems to have positive taste reviews!

Side Effects

Although there are no side effects associated with the formula, the brand does warn that the formula should not be consumed by anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

I would also add that anyone who has a medical condition or anyone who is taking medication should consult a doctor before consumption.

Does bGreen Supergreens & Fruits Work?

Unfortunately, the bGreen Supergreens and Fruits formula doesn’t have a fully disclosed label due to the fact that it is made up of proprietary blends.

This means it’s impossible to know how much of each ingredient exists within the formula, meaning working out the efficacy of the formula is incredibly difficult.

However, we can take a look at the blends and see if the combined ingredients that have standard recommended doses can actually fit into the weighting of the blends that they’re in.

It’s highly unlikely that the formula contains sufficiently dosed ingredients.

The Alkalizing Greens blend contains three ingredients with standard recommended doses – spirulina, chlorella, and wheatgrass.

The combined recommended dose of these three ingredients equals 6g, and since the blend only weighs 910mg, it’s impossible that any of these ingredients are sufficiently dosed.

Although none of the ingredients within the antioxidant blend have standard recommended doses, this is the blend with the heaviest total weight in the formula and therefore the ingredients may be substantially dosed.

The only other ingredient within the formula that has a standard recommended dose is the amla fruit extract.

This ingredient has a recommended dose of 500-1,000mg, and since it exists in a blend that totals 500mg, it may actually be sufficiently dosed.

However, this is unlikely due to the fact that the blend also contains acerola cherry extract.

Overall, it’s highly unlikely that the formula contains sufficiently dosed ingredients and therefore it may not provide the benefits that the brand claims it will.

bGreen Supergreens & Fruits Reviews

Although there are customer reviews on the bGreen website, they may be biased since they’ve been added by the company. However, bGreen Supergreens and Fruits is available on Amazon India.

Therefore, we can take a look there to see more unbiased, honest customer reviews of the formula.

There are 36 customer reviews in total, and the formula has an overall rating of 4.2 stars out of 5 stars.

Let’s take a look at a selection of these reviews.

Best product for a complete healthy diet. It tastes good.5-star Review

Overall Pretty good, easy on stomach, in budget too, but the serving spoon given in box and instruction for serving size is different.4-Star Review

Feeling dizzy instead of energized after drinking this. Don't know why.2-Star Review

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

Where to buy bGreen Supergreens & Fruits?

You can buy bGreen Supergreens and Fruits from the bGreen website, from Amazon India, and from Muscle Blaze.

Is It Worth The Price?

Unlike other products on the supplement market that offer different costing types, bGreen only sells the Supergreens and Fruits formula at one price and there is no subscription option.

However, there is a price difference for the different flavor options – the Masala flavor and the Unflavored formula,

One tub of Masala flavored bGreen Supergreens and Fruits costs Rs. 559, which is the equivalent of $7.51 USD.
Therefore, meaning the cost per serving works out at $0.30.

One tub of Unflavored bGreen Supergreens and Fruits costs Rs. 509, which is the equivalent of $6.84 (USD). Therefore, meaning the cost per serving works out at $0.27.

However, although the formula is cheap, the delivery cost to the US is between $20 – $30.

Therefore, with this range of shipping cost, the cost per serving for US based customers would actually work out between $1.35 – $1.85.

So, it doesn’t work out quite as cheap as you may originally think!

For these more realistic costs per serving, I have to say that I don’t think the formula is worth the price it’s sold at, especially since the formula serving size is only 5g and the ingredients within it are most certainly insufficiently dosed.

My Final Verdict

I have a few issues concerning the formula that makes it impossible for me to recommend it as a high-quality superfood supplement.

The first of these being that the formula doesn’t have a fully disclosed label and most likely doesn’t have sufficiently dosed ingredients.

In fact, when it comes to certain powerful greens ingredients, they’re definitely not sufficiently dosed!

The other issue I have with the formula is that although it may be sold incredibly cheaply within India, to ship it around the world makes it expensive and therefore not worth the price that it’s sold at.

Therefore, I would not recommend this formula.

Instead, I would recommend choosing a formula that has a fully disclosed ingredients label, contains sufficiently dosed ingredients, and is sold at a reasonable price (including shipping).
