Detox Organics is a superfood formula that alkalizes, detoxifies, and rejuvenates the body. The formula is made up of a vast number of ingredients, including super greens, fruits, and root extracts.
One of the main attractions to the formula is that it’s USDA certified organic, meaning over 95% of the ingredients within the formula are organic. All of the super greens ingredients within the formula are organic.
In addition, it’s also chocolate flavored, and the brand’s goal is to supply people with nutrition through healthy ingredients, without them feeling like they have to drink a grassy flavored drink!

What is SuperGreen TONIK?
Full disclosure – SuperGreen TONIK is my own super greens formula, but I will review it in an unbiased way, of course, so you can make your own informed decision!
SuperGreen TONIK contains a wide range of 17 ingredients, 15 of which are potent super greens ingredients, adaptogens, and herbal extracts. Within one serving of SuperGreen TONIK, there are 22 vitamins and minerals that are essential to optimum daily health.

Unfortunately, Detox Organics has fewer health benefits information than Supergreen Tonik. In fact, the brand only states the health benefits briefly, without going into any detail at all – this isn’t very informative for potential customers!
Detox Organics claims that the formula will support digestive health, increase energy levels, reduce bloating, and increase nourishment.
Detox Organics also claims that if you’re looking to lose weight, you can replace one meal per day with this formula –
you will see dramatic body-composition changes as the weight literally falls off your body.
Unfortunately, I don’t appreciate not only the use of ‘literally’ here but the fact that the brand suggests people use this formula as a meal replacement. I don’t think the formula has enough whole-food nutrients to be a meal replacement, and supplements really should be taken alongside a healthy, balanced diet.
Supergreen Tonik (SGT)
Supergreen Tonik supplies consumers with a wide range of impressive benefits if taken every day. All of the health benefits information can be seen on the Supergreen Tonik website, with a list of benefits information for each ingredient.
Although the amount of each ingredient within the formula is fully disclosed, the formula is still split into three different blends depending on the benefits associated with the ingredients – The Organic Greens Blend, The Nootropic Blend, and The Immune Blend.
Overall, the SuperGreen TONIK formula will increase energy levels, boost the immune system, reduce stress and anxiety levels, reduce inflammation, increase focus, aid with more restful sleep, and increase the overall wellness of the body by providing essential vitamins and minerals.
Detox Organics Vs Supergreen Tonik Ingredients
Detox Organics
The Detox Organics formula contains over 30 ingredients, 25 of which are superfoods.
Although there is such a wide range of potent ingredients, these ingredients only provide benefits to a consumer when they’re sufficiently dosed.
Unfortunately, due to the fact that the formula is made using proprietary blends, it’s impossible to know how much of each ingredient exists within the formula. Therefore, it’s also impossible to know if the formula will actually provide the benefits that the brand claims it will.
Initially, when looking at the formula, I assumed that the formula might actually contain a sufficient amount of each ingredient because the serving size is large (16.44g). However, the proprietary blends in this formula only add up to 8.3g.
This means that the flavoring ingredients (cocoa powder, salt, guar gum, luo han guao, and cinnamon) must add up to 8.14g. These ingredients are basically being used as fillers to bulk up the powder!
It’s also clear that the proprietary blends don’t contain sufficient amounts of each ingredient.
For example, the Detox & Cleansing Blend contains 12 ingredients but only totals 1.7g.
The recommended daily dose of the acai alone in this formula is 1.2g, and this is one of the last listed ingredients meaning it’s got the lowest weighting.
Although there could be a couple of ingredients within this formula that are sufficiently dosed, it’s almost certain the majority of them are not.
SuperGreen Tonik
As you know, I hate proprietary blends! Proprietary blends in supplements don’t allow the consumer to actually see how much of each ingredient they’re consuming and figure out if the formula will actually work or not.
So, as already mentioned above, from the get-go of creating the formula, I made sure that the ingredients label of SuperGreen TONIK was fully disclosed.
Due to the fully disclosed ingredients label, it’s easy to see how much of each ingredient resides within the formula, and it’s easy to figure out if there’s actually a sufficient amount of each ingredient – there is!
For example, let’s take a look at one ingredient from each blend.
Firstly, spirulina! The recommended daily dose of spirulina is between 1-3g, and in this formula, there’s 2g.
Secondly, ashwagandha! Benefits are linked with taking between 500-600mg daily, and in this formula, there’s 500mg.
Lastly, let’s take a look at garlic! Benefits such as cough and cold protection, are linked with taking 100-400mg daily, and in this formula, there’s 250mg.
The SuperGreen Tonik ingredients label doesn’t only showcase the ingredients within the formula, but the vitamins and minerals in the formula too – with full amounts shown!
Overall, there’s an impressive list of sufficiently dosed, potent ingredients within SuperGreen TONIK that will provide the consumer with a range of health benefits.
Detox Organics Vs SuperGreen Tonik Taste
Detox Organics
Detox Organics is really popular because of its taste! The formula is heavily flavored (with over 8g of flavoring ingredients) and tastes like a chocolate milkshake!
One of the main things that Detox Organics focuses on is the taste of the formula, with the brand wanting to appeal to people that maybe wouldn’t consume super greens formulas if they actually tasted like super greens.
Personally, I have tasted Detox Organics and I’m not the biggest fan of the flavor, purely because if I’m going to be consuming a health supplement, I want it to taste healthy!
However, clearly, this commitment to the flavor of the powder does pay off though, with lots and lots of positive reviews with regards to the taste!
Supergreen Tonik
SuperGreen Tonik isn’t flavored specifically, unlike the Detox Organics formula that is chocolate flavored. However, SuperGreen Tonik is naturally flavored with stevia extract and black pepper fruit extract.
It was incredibly important to me that the formula tasted enjoyable, so more people could enjoy a healthy lifestyle, even those that are picky eaters!
The formula tastes refreshing and it’s perfectly sweetened. Some might prefer an artificial tasting formula, but the SuperGreen Tonik formula tastes clean and nourishing.
The formula mixes well with water too, not leaving any grit in the glass!
Detox Organics Vs Supergreen Tonik Cost
Detox Organics
Detox Organics also comes in 30 servings, but rather than the formula being in a tub, the formula is in a pouch!
One 30 serving pouch of Detox Organics costs $2.00. This cost can be reduced by 10% if you sign up for a subscription. If you do this, this then works out at a cost per serving of $1.80!
This is a fairly inexpensive formula. However, for a formula that contains so much filler (over half of the formula!), and proprietary blends, it does work out to be a more expensive formula.
SuperGreen Tonik
SuperGreen Tonik comes in tubs that contain 30 servings, and one tub costs $87. This works out at a cost per serving of $2.90.
You can save money on purchasing SuperGreen TONIK if you choose to purchase a bundle!
You can save 30% by purchasing the Saver 5-tub bundle – this costs $327, meaning that each tub costs $65. This means that the cost per serving is $2.16.
Although this isn’t expensive for a formula with a fully disclosed label, some people may think it’s too expensive in comparison to other formulas on the market.
SuperGreen Tonik Vs Detox Organics: Which is Better?
Although it might seem like I’m being biased towards SuperGreen Tonik for saying that it’s better, I’m sure from reading the full comparison, you understand why I have to say that SuperGreen Tonik is the better formula.
Detox Organics seems like a wonderful formula at initial glance, due to all of the positive customer reviews and the enticing chocolate flavor, I simply cannot get on board with the fact that the formula contains insufficiently dosed ingredients within proprietary blends, and half of the formula is made up of flavoring ingredients.
I will say that some positives about the Detox Organics formula are the taste and the price in comparison to SuperGreen TONIK, but I value properly formulated supplements that will actually provide benefits and not be a waste of my money.
So, Supergreen Tonik wins this comparison for me. I put, and am constantly putting effort into making sure SuperGreen TONIK is a transparent brand in all senses, from the fully disclosed label to the reviews I give of it.
