Its 90+ customer reviews, averaging 4.9 stars each, imply that Dr. Gundry might be onto something here.

Also, for a doctor who places so much emphasis on eating organic, I find it strange that Gundry’s own supplement line isn’t certified organic.

Fellow health experts also call Dr. Gundry’s ideas into question.

Dr. T. Colin Campbell claims that Gundry’s “Plant Paradox” theory lacks any backing by real science.

“Dr. Gundry should be embarrassed,” Dr. Campbell asserts, for doing “[such] a poor job of trying to justify [his] claims.”

Why does all this matter? Because if Dr. Gundry’s hypotheses on the harmfulness of lectins fall apart…so do the therapeutic value of many of his supplements. Perhaps the best way to play things safe would be to prioritize Gundry MD products that are accepted by scientific consensuses, like his probiotic/prebiotic blend.
