Equilibrium Nutrition is an incredibly sleek and informative brand. As well as selling a wide range of supplements that cater to the entire family, the brand also offers one on one health coaching.
I was really impressed at the fact the website also offers test kits and coaching for a multitude of issues.
For example, they offer food sensitivity tests, heavy metal tests, and minerals tests, each accompanied by a 30-minute coaching call.
The only thing that I feel could be a bit of a let down is the fact the branding, although minimal and polished does look a little plain and clinical, so it might put certain people off, especially those that are taking a superfood formula for the first time.

How does Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend Taste?
Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend are available in both the Crisp Apple flavor and unflavoured.
To produce the Crisp Apple flavor guar gum, citric acid, rebaudioside, rice hull concentrate, and malic acid are used.
The unflavoured formula doesn’t have an overpowering taste of grass-like some superfood powders can have, and the Crisp apple flavor is refreshing and can easily be enjoyed simply with water.
Side Effects
There are no warnings or side effects mentioned by Equilibrium nutrition, and it’s very unlikely that consuming this formula will produce any side effects.
However, obviously, if you are allergic to any of the ingredients side effects may occur. Always double check ingredients label before consuming if you have any allergens or intolerances.
If you aren’t used to consuming a superfood formula, you may experience upset stomach the first few times you use this product, like all superfood formulas due to the increase in nutrients including fiber.
Does Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend Work?
There are some impressive ingredients within this blend, such as the super green favorites Spirulina and Chlorella. So, at first glance, it looks like this formula is promising and should work.
However, the formula is made up of proprietary blends which means we have no idea how much of each specific ingredient resides in the formula, meaning you might not be receiving the correct amount of any ingredient for it to actually produce results.
This can be proved if we take a look at the Superfood Proprietary Blend.
Ingredients legally have to be listed in the weighting size, and Spirulina is the first ingredient listed in this blend. The recommended daily of Spirulina is 2-3g, according to Healthline professionals (source).
This entire blend only contains 3g, for all of the ingredients.
Therefore, the amount of Spirulina in here is likely to be sufficient. Also, if this is the largest amount of ingredient within this formula, it’s pretty much guaranteed that amount of other ingredients won’t be sufficient.

Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend is clearly a popular product, due to it having such an array of great reviews and the brand having such success in such a short amount of time.
The ingredients within the formula are powerful and the fact the majority of them are organic is a bonus. The brand is also trustworthy and clearly well run. However, it’s disappointing that the formula contains proprietary blends, and there are better brands out there that showcase each ingredient within their formulas.
Equilibrium Daily Fruit and Vegetable Blend is an okay product from a professional, trusted brand, but it just doesn’t quite hit the spot for me, and the underdosing makes it very hard for me to say I would recommend it. Take a look at other options out there.
