Goli Super Greens Review (Read Before Buying these Gummies)

Goli Supergreens is a new gummy product produced by the incredibly popular gummy supplement brand, Goli Nutrition.

These Supergreens gummies are supposed to provide the consumer with 11 different super greens ingredients that support digestive health, improve immune function, boost metabolism, and more.

The gummies are suitable for a wide range of people since they are vegetarian and vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, sweetener-free, and non-GMO.

Goli Nutrition is an incredibly popular supplement brand and I’m always interested in seeing what products this brand is producing. Therefore, I’m incredibly keen to take a look at the company’s new Supergreens gummies.

If you’re thinking of purchasing Goli Supergreens, or you also want to take a closer look at the formula, check out my full Goli Supergreens review below.

What is Goli SuperGreens?

The Goli Nutrition website is incredibly professional, sleek, and vibrant. However, it’s also packed with informative content which is great to see. Clearly, there has been a lot of work done by the design and marketing team at Goli – it looks great.

Looking at the Goli Supergreens gummies, I have to say, once again, everything looks great – the branding is on point.

However, seeing that the gummies contain 11 super greens ingredients but are so small, I am concerned already about the efficacy of these gummies.

Hopefully, when I take a closer look I’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Background on Goli Nutrition

Goli Nutrition is an incredibly popular US-based supplement business that was founded in 2017.

The brand created the world’s first apple cider vinegar gummies in 2019, and became a globally known brand because of that, with a supposed revenue of around $15 million per year.

In addition to these gummies, the brand also produces Goli Ashwa (Ashwagandha) gummies and the newest release is the Goli Supergreens gummies.

Goli Super Greens Benefits

Goli Supergreens is supposed to improve digestive health, support immune function, support the nervous system, and boost metabolism.

However, Goli also makes some bold claims about the vitamins and minerals that are produced by the super greens ingredients within these gummies. For example, the brand states that the gummies produce more vitamin A than 62 Brussel sprouts, more iron than 8 cups of broccoli, and more.

Goli SuperGreens Ingredients

There are 11 super greens ingredients within Goli Supergreens. All of these ingredients exist within a proprietary blend, therefore making it impossible to know how much of each ingredient exists within the blend.

This can make it difficult to work out the efficacy of the gummies. However, I’ll be looking into the efficacy of the supplement later in this review.

First, let’s take a look at the ingredients within the formula.

Here is the complete list of the Goli Supergreens ingredients:

  • Supergreens Proprietary Blend – 127.5mg –Artichoke Leaf Extract (Cynara Scolymus) 4:1, Spirulina, Bacillus Subtilis (Opti- Biome ® Mb40*), Aloe Vera, Kale, Moringa Leaf, Broccoli, Barley Grass, Chlorella, Parsley, Spinach, Celery.

How does Goli Supergreens Taste?

Goli Supergreens are naturally flavored gummies. It’s unclear what kind of flavor these gummies are, but the customer reviews on the Goli website state that they are pleasant tasting.

Side Effects

There are no side effects associated with Goli Supergreens and the brand doesn’t provide any information about who and who shouldn’t consume these gummies.

However, I would suggest that anyone who is under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or with a medical condition should consult a doctor before consuming Goli Supergreens.

Does Goli Super Greens Work?

Although there is clear information about the nutritional value of the gummies, the super greens ingredients within the gummies exist in a proprietary blend.

Normally, it’s difficult to figure out if ingredients are sufficiently dosed in proprietary blends, but in this case, it’s not.

The Super Greens blend contains 11 ingredients and only weighs 127.5mg in total. This is an absolutely tiny, tiny amount and therefore already it’s clear that these gummies are insufficiently dosed.

However, when we take a look at the recommended amounts of certain ingredients within this blend, it becomes clear just how ridiculously small and underdosed this blend is.

The Goli Supergreens gummies cannot contain sufficiently dosed ingredients.

However, we can take a look at the amounts of each blend, look at the ingredients within them that have standard recommended doses, and work out whether the blend is heavy enough to contain sufficient amounts of these ingredients.

The combined recommended dose of just three ingredients, spirulina, moringa leaf, and chlorella totals 6,500mg. Therefore, clearly, this blend contains insufficiently dosed ingredients.

The Goli Supergreens gummies cannot contain sufficiently dosed ingredients since the amount of the blend they exist in is so small.

Goli Super Greens Reviews

Goli Supergreens is not available on Amazon due to the fact that they have just been launched by the company – I’m sure they will be added to the Goli Amazon shop soon.

However, for now, that means that we have to look at the customer reviews on the Goli website.

Unfortunately, it’s unclear if these reviews are honest or biased. Therefore, please take these reviews with a pinch of salt.

In addition, since the gummies were only launched two days ago, it’s unclear if these are real reviews.

There are only 7 customer reviews on the Goli Supergreens product page and they’re all 5 stars.

So, let’s take a look at some of these reviews!

Loving these new Supergreens Gummies and the fact that they're sugar free makes them all the better!5-star review

WOW. They taste amazing, they offer so many benefits and they're SUPER convenient. Love love love them!!5-star review

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

Is It Worth The Price?

One bottle of Goli Supergreens contains 60 gummies, and with a serving size of 2 gummies daily, this means that each bottle contains 30 servings.

You can either buy one bottle or three bottles of Goli Supergreens.

You can also add these gummies into a bundle with the other gummies that Goli produces, but since this review is focusing on the gummies, I will only take a look at the price of both the one bottle and three bottle options.

One bottle of Goli Super Greens gummies costs $19, meaning the cost per serving works out at $0.63.

If you purchase the three-month supply of Goli Supergreens, the price is exactly the same. This is a little strange since you would assume you would save money from buying more!

Although the cost per serving is fairly inexpensive, it’s too expensive when the gummies provide absolutely no benefits from the super greens ingredients present in them.

My Final Verdict

Overall, it’s clear that the Goli Supergreens gummies definitely do not contain an adequate amount of any of the super greens ingredients included in each gummy.

The fact that the Super Greens blend within the gummy totals 127.5g is simply a joke – the consumer is not going to benefit from any of the ingredients at this dose, never mind a mix of the ingredients.

Therefore, simply due to the fact that the gummies are absolutely not beneficial in any way, I would not recommend buying them.

If you’re actually looking to benefit from a super greens supplement, choose a greens powder that has a fully disclosed label, doesn’t contain proprietary blends, and actually provides sufficiently dosed ingredients.
