Goli Superfruits Review

Goli Superfruits Review

Goli Superfruits, produced by Goli Nutrition, was showcased to the world in May 2021 and is already a big deal on the supplement scene.

These gummies contain 8 potent superfruits and potent bamboo extract, with the brand suggesting that consumers can gain a lot from taking just two of them per day.

Goli Nutrition claims that these gummies are a quick and easy way to improve the look and health of the skin, support the immune system, push toxins from the body, and more.

The gummies are non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, free from any kind of artificial ingredients, and vegan. Therefore, they are suitable for a wide range of people!

Since the gummies have just been released over a month ago and are already gaining traction and popularity fast, I’m super keen to take a closer look at them and see if they really can provide the benefits that the brand claims they will!

What is Goli Superfruits?

The Goli Nutrition website is super professional, vibrant, and engaging. There’s also a tonne of information about both the supplements that the brand produces and the brand itself, which is great to see!

Looking at the Goli Superfruits Gummies, I’m impressed by the eye-catching branding and the breadth and depth of content about the ingredients within the gummies, the gummies as a whole, and the FAQs.

I’m definitely impressed by the gummies at an initial glance, and I’m definitely excited to take a closer look at them – hopefully, I’ll still be impressed!

Background on Goli Nutrition

Goli Nutrition was founded in 2017 and has grown in popularity over the years, to the point where it has an estimated revenue of $15 million per year.

The brand only produces three supplements – Ashwa Gummies, ACV Gummies, and Superfruits Gummies. The Goli Superfruits Gummies were showcased to the world in May 2021, so they’re the newest supplement by the company!

Goli Nutrition also gives back to the world through the organization Vitamin Angel. This wonderful organization provides lifesaving nutrients to children that suffer from malnutrition around the globe.

Goli Superfruits Benefits

I really like the fact that Goli Nutrition has an entire page dedicated to the benefits associated with the formula, it makes it incredibly clear and concise.

The brand claims that the Goli Superfruits Gummies provide a number of powerful benefits!

The gummies are supposed to improve collagen production, improve the health and appearance of the skin, support the structure of the skin, support the immune system, and push toxins from the body.

Goli Superfruits Ingredients

Goli Superfruits contains 9 main ingredients, all but one of which exists within a proprietary blend. Therefore, it’s incredibly difficult to work out the efficacy of the formula.

However, I will be taking a much closer look at the efficacy of the formula much later in this review. First, let’s take a look at the ingredients label.

Here is the complete list of the Goli Superfruits ingredients:

  • Organic Super Fruits Blend – 200mg –Acai Berry, Acerola Berry, Amla Berry, Pomegranate, Goji Berry, Banana, Apple, Strawberry.
  • Organic Bamboo Shoot Extract (70% Silica) – 22mg
  • Other Ingredients –Organic Tapioca Syrup, Organic Cane Sugar, Water, Pectin, Natural Strawberry Watermelon Raspberry Flavors, Sodium Citrate, Malic Acid, Beta Carotene (for color).

Here is the supplement facts label:

How does Goli Superfruits Taste?

The Goli Superfruits gummies are flavored with strawberry, watermelon, and raspberry flavor, and sweetened with pectin and cane sugar.

The taste of the formula seems to be popular with most consumers. Although, there have been complaints about the fact that the gummies are mushy and crushed when they arrive.

Side Effects

There are no side effect warnings associated with Goli Superfruits, and the brand even states that gummies can be consumed by children.

Although the gummies may be safe, I would suggest that if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, you should consult a doctor before consuming any new supplement.

Do Goli Superfruits Work?

The Goli Superfruits ingredients label isn’t fully disclosed, and therefore it’s difficult to know if all of the ingredients within the gummies will be sufficiently dosed, meaning it’s hard to know if the formula will be effective or not.

First, let’s take a look at the Organic Superfruits Blend! This blend totals 200mg, and although none of the ingredients have specific standard recommended doses, they do have generally recommended doses.

Although the gummies may provide certain benefits, since the label isn’t fully disclosed and contains a proprietary blend, it’s unclear whether it will be fully effective.

The common recommended dose of Acai berry sits between 200-1500 mg, Amla berry is 500–1,000 mg, and Goji berry is 150mg.

Therefore, it’s unlikely that the blend is going to provide sufficiently dosed ingredients and therefore the benefits associated with this blend may not actually occur!

The Organic Bamboo Shoot Extract within the formula totals 22mg, and this ingredient doesn’t have a standard recommended dose. So, it’s unclear if this much of this ingredient will or will not provide the benefits that the brand claims it will.

A concern I have, which was the same when I reviewed the Goli Ashwa Gummies, is that each gummy contains 2g of sugar.

Therefore, since the serving size is two gummies, you’ll be consuming 4g of sugar per day simply from these supplements.

Although this isn’t a lot of sugar, in my eyes it’s still unnecessary.

Overall, although the gummies may provide certain benefits since the label isn’t fully disclosed and contains a proprietary blend, it’s unclear whether it will be fully effective or not.

Goli Superfruits Reviews

Goli Superfruits is available on Amazon and therefore we can take a look on there to see a selection of unbiased, honest customer reviews.

Overall, the formula scores a rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars, with 296 customer ratings and reviews.

So, let’s take a look at some of these!

Taste sooooo good…have to watch yourself…sometimes I take my second dose at night when I want something sweet. 5-star review

Gummies are as advertised but were stuck together due to extreme heat. Should be stored in cooler temperatures and shipped in a protective pkg. 3-star review

When I opened the bottle of gummies and turned it over to pour it out to take one nothing came out. The bottle looked wet and the gummies were very sticky when I put my finger in to dig one out the bottle. At the bottom of the bottle the gummies look like they were melted together. Needless to say I didn't take any. I will return these. On another note this was my first time ordering these so I'm disappointed. I did order the ACV gummies as well so I had something to compare the other bottle to. 1-star review

Is It Worth The Price?

Goli Superfruits are sold in bottles that contain 60 gummies. With a serving size of 2 gummies, this means that each bottle contains 30 servings.

You can buy different bundles, from a one-bottle bundle to a six-bottle bundle. If you buy more than three bottles, the cost reduces.

So, let’s take a look at the different price points for this supplement.

One bottle of Goli Superfruits costs $19.00, meaning the cost per serving works out at $0.63.

Three bottles of Goli Superfruits costs $57.00, meaning the cost per serving works out at the same price – $0.63.

Four bottles of Goli Superfruits costs $72.00, meaning the cost per serving works out at $0.60. However, with this option, you can also receive two bottles of ACV Gummies.

Five bottles of Goli Superfruits costs $89.00, meaning the cost per serving works out at $0.59.

If you choose to purchase the six-pack bundle that contains the Ashwa and ACV Gummies, the cost works out at $99.00, meaning the cost per serving works out at $0.55.

Obviously, the price of these gummies is cheap, regardless of whether you choose to purchase one bottle of the gummies or six.

Although I’m not impressed by the fact that the gummies don’t have a heavy weighting and the ingredients label isn’t fully disclosed, I would say that the pricing is fine.

If the price was higher than this, I wouldn’t be happy, but seeing as it’s cheap, I think it’s fairly priced.

My Final Verdict

I really like the Goli Nutrition brand and I think the team behind the brand certainly has good intentions and wants to produce supplements that genuinely benefit people.

However, the Goli Superfruits Gummies have their own list of pros and cons, with the cons taking over in my opinion!

Although the gummies taste good, have positive reviews, and are sold at a reasonable price point, the fact that the ingredients within the gummies may not be sufficiently dosed, the ingredients label isn’t fully disclosed, and the majority of the ingredients exist in proprietary blends, makes it hard for me to recommend these gummies.

If you are looking for a powerful superfruit formula, I would look elsewhere. Choosing a powder that has a substantial serving size, a fully disclosed label, and sufficiently dosed ingredients is a much better idea!
