Good Greens Vitality review

Good Green Vitality Review

Good Green Vitality by Nuzest is a super greens formula containing potent superfood ingredients, enzymes, probiotics, herbs, and extracts. Unlike a lot of superfood formulas on the market, the formula is designed to be suitable for the entire family, from 4 years and up! The formula is designed to ‘revitalize, optimize and thrive’.

Nuzest claims that the formula will not only provide the consumer with an array of essential vitamins and minerals, as well as provide the consumer with all different kinds of bodily health benefits and aesthetic health benefits.

Nuzest has made a conscious effort to ensure that the formula is suitable for a wide range of people, regardless of their dietary requirements and allergens. So, the formula is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, lectin-free, and non-GMO.

I’m really keen to take a closer look at this formula and if you are too, check out my full Nuzest Good Green Vitality review below.

Good Green Vitality First Impressions

I’m really impressed by taking a look at the Good Green Vitality formula on the Nuzest website for the first time. There’s a tonne of information on the Good Green Vitality product page, and the brand is incredibly transparent.

There’s a vast amount of information about the formula’s benefits, there’s an informative guide about how to use the formula, there’s a multitude of customer reviews and there’s an extensive ingredients list – so far, so good!

Looking at the Nuzest brand as a whole, I have to say that I’m also impressed. Everything from the website design and all of the product branding to the blog page and list of product recipes is done well.

I’m really hoping that this formula ticks all of the other boxes because so far, I would definitely be interested in this product if I was a customer looking for a super greens formula.

Nuzest Supplements

Background on NuZest

Nuzest was created in 2005 after the founder, Trevor Bolland, found out that this daughter had been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. After speaking to an array of specialists in the health and wellbeing industry for advice, Bolland decided to start a supplement company.

Taking inspiration from both the scientific and naturopathic sides, Nuzest prides itself on producing supplements that are both scientifically and naturally formulated.

With a selection of top athletes and professionals using Nuzest products, and with it mentioned in an array of magazines such as Forbes and Elle, whatever the brand is doing must be working.

Good Green Vitality Benefits

Nuzest claims that the Good Green Vitality formula improves digestion, boosts the immune system, aids with healthy aging and longevity, reduces stress levels, supports cognitive functions, increases energy levels, reduces inflammation, protects the cells from free radicals, and pushes toxins from the body.

Hopefully, when I take a look at the ingredients list, the information I see actually backs up the brand’s claims about the formula. Let’s take a look!

Good Green Vitality Ingredients

The Good Green Vitality formula contains over 75 ingredients, and although that’s a lot of ingredients in comparison to other formulas on the market, the brand is incredibly transparent with the ingredient information.

All of the ingredients are split into blends, but unlike a lot of other brands that use proprietary blends, Nuzest shows the amount of every ingredient within the formula, and this is music to my ears!

Let’s take a look at the list of ingredients within the Good Green Vitality Formula!

  • Immune Blend – Turmeric (200mg), Astragalus Root (80mg), Ginger Rhizome (80mg), Shiitake Mushroom (60mg), 1,3/1,6 beta-glucans (25mg).
  • Gut and Digestive Blend – Aloe Vera (1000mg), Flaxseed (600mg), Globe Artichoke (500mg), Apple Pectin (250mg), Psyllium Husk (200mg), Milk Thistle Seed (100mg), Licorice Root (70mg), Bromelain (60mg), Dandelion Whole Plant (50mg), Slippery Elm Bark (30mg), B. bifidium (5B CFU), L. Acidophilus (3B CFU).
  • Neural Blend – Sunflower lecithin (500mg), Green Tea Leaf (200mg), Gotu Kola Herb Top (100mg), Panax Ginseng Root (100mg), Rhodiola Root (100mg), Rosemary Leaf (100mg), Ashwagandha Root (80mg).

How does Good Green Vitality Taste?

The Good Green Vitality formula is naturally flavored with vanilla and pineapple, with stevia extract providing natural sweetness. The flavor is definitely sweet and refreshing, but the natural taste of the ingredients does come through lightly.

If you have consumed a super greens formula before, you’ll probably appreciate the taste, but if you’re new to super greens, you might want to disguise the taste of this formula inside a smoothie or juice. Alternatively, you could incorporate the formula into baking or cooking.

Side Effects

Seeing as this formula is suitable for everyone in the family (4 years+), you shouldn’t experience any side effects when consuming this formula. However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on any medication, you should consult your doctor before consumption.

Does Good Green Vitality Work?

Due to the fact Nuzest has shared the amounts of each and every ingredient in the formula, the consumer has the ability to see how much of each ingredient they’re consuming and I can try and figure out whether the formula will actually work or not.

A lot of the ingredients within the formula don’t actually have recommended daily dosages, but I’m going to take a look at some of the most common ones that do.

Taking a look at Aloe Vera, as there is 1000mg of it within the formula, the recommended daily dose for both managing constipation and diabetes sits between 100mg – 1000mg (WebMD), and therefore the formula hits the top end of the daily recommended dosage, meaning it should work.

I often look at Spirulina as it’s one of the most common ingredients in super greens formulas. In this formula, there’s 800mg (0.8g) of Spirulina, and the daily recommended dosage of it is between 1-3g (Healthline), meaning that the formula nearly meets the daily requirement.

So, even just looking at these two different ingredients, it can be said that the formula should meet or nearly meet, the recommended daily dosage for each ingredient. It’s definite that some of the ingredients within the formula will provide the consumer with health benefits, but that can’t be confirmed for all of them.

Good Green Vitality Reviews

Good Green Vitality is the newly branded Good Stuff Greens formula by Nuzest, and although the newly branded formula isn’t available on Amazon, I’ve taken a look at Good Stuff Greens reviews on Amazon. Overall, there are 38 ratings and it scores 4.1 stars out of 5 stars.

Let’s take a look at a selection of these reviews below.

Excellent quality, use one scoop every morning in my smoothie, couldn't be happier with it! Often buy from Amazon or wholefoods. The ingredients are top-notch and it covers everything you would want, makes most of the other supplements redundant as I have them all in this now.5-star review

It tastes quite nice, but since the time I started taking this powder I was really bloated and felt uncomfortable, probably something doesn’t suit my body, it’s a shame because now I can’t take it don’t longer.3-star review

I bought this at a trade show. The taste is fine, although highly sweet from the stevia. I typically have a very strong constitution, although this product has had a very laxative effect and has also made me extremely nauseous. (I've taken it a couple of times, at the prescribed dose and accompanied by a meal.) Very disappointed.4-star review

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

Nuzest doesn’t have a money-back guarantee, but you can get a refund for any of its products within 28 days of purchase.

Where to buy Good Green Vitality?

You can buy Good Green Vitality through your regional Nuzest website. At the time of writing this article, the formula isn’t available on the USA Nuzest site.

Is It Worth The Price?

As the formula isn’t available on the USA Nuzest website, I have had to look on the Nuzest UK website for pricing information and I will convert GBP to USD.

You can purchase the Good Green Vitality in a variety of sizes. However, we’ll take a look at the 300g tub. The 300g tub provides 30 servings and costs £49.99 (approximately $64.43). This works out at a cost per serving of £1.66 (approximately $2.13).

This is a little on the expensive side in comparison to other formulas on the market, but it is a high-quality formula from a transparent brand.

If you subscribe to receiving the formula you can save 10% and the shipping cost depends on where you are in the world

My Final Verdict

Although the formula isn’t available for the USA market right now, I’m incredibly impressed with this formula.

Apart from the hit-and-miss taste and the lack of a money-back guarantee, the Good Green Vitality formula seems to tick every box.

Overall, I do like this formula and believe it's a good option for anyone trying to supplement their greens.

Hopefully, this formula will soon be available in the USA and there will be more up to date customer reviews available on third-party websites for this newly-branded product.
