Glowing Greens review

Health Logics Glowing Greens Review

Health Logics Glowing Greens is a collagen and greens powder that contains a variety of potent ingredients, including herbal extracts, adaptogens, prebiotics, probiotics, and antioxidant-rich fruits.

The formula contains high levels of bovine collagen peptides which are supposed to keep the body feeling and looking younger for longer, whilst also improving performance.

With the addition of so many powerful ingredients, the formula is also supposed to support the immune system, improve gut and digestive health, push toxins from the body, and more.

Although Glowing Greens is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians, it is gluten-free, sugar-free, non-GMO, made in the USA, and GMP certified.

Health Logics is a company that has been around for over 20 years and therefore I’m really keen to take a look at the Glowing Greens formula that it produces to see if it really can provide the benefits the brand claims it will!

Health Logics Glowing Greens First Impressions

I really like the Health Logics website. Although the website might be a little simpler than others, it’s easy to navigate, contains informative content, and displays the brand’s products clearly and well.

Looking at the Glowing Greens formula, my impression is much the same. Although the formula’s branding has a slightly immature feel to it, I like it!

In addition, there’s clear information about the formula on its product page – this is always a bonus!

Health Logics Glowing Greens Benefits

There is a substantial amount of information about the benefits associated with the Health Logics Glowing Greens formula on the formula’s product page, which is great news!

The formula is supposed to help improve overall wellness by supporting the immune system, improving gut and digestive health, pushing toxins from the body, and giving you a healthy “glow”.

Health Logics Glowing Greens Ingredients

The Health Logics Glowing Greens formula contains more than 60 individual ingredients. These ingredients are all split up and exist within proprietary blends.

Apart from the bovine collagen peptides, there’s no information about the amount of each ingredient within the formula. Therefore, this lack of information makes it difficult to work out the efficacy of the formula.

However, I’ll be taking a closer look at that later on in this review.

First, let’s take a look at the ingredients!

Here is the complete list of the Health Logics Glowing Greens ingredients:

How does Health Logics Glowing Greens Taste?

The Health Logics Glowing Greens formula has a mixed berry flavor, flavored by natural raspberry flavor and natural mixed berry flavor. it’s also sweetened with monk fruit extract.

Like most formulas, the reviews concerning the taste of the formula are mixed. Some people think the formula tastes sweet and delicious, while others claim that it both smells and tastes disgusting.

Side Effects

Health Logics suggests that anyone who is under 18, pregnant, nursing, on medication, or with a medical condition should consult a doctor before consuming the Glowing Greens formula.

Does Health Logics Glowing Greens Work?

Health Logics Glowing Greens contains more than 60 individual ingredients.

However, all of them exist within proprietary blends, and only the amount of the bovine collagen peptides within the formula is shown.

Therefore, since it’s unclear how much of each ingredient actually exists within the formula, it’s difficult to work out its efficacy.

Nonetheless, we can take a look at the amount of each blend and the recommended doses of the ingredients within the blend to see if it’s possible for them to be sufficiently dosed.

So, let’s take a look!

Looking at the Health Logics Beauty Support Blend, it’s clear that the 7,000mg of bovine collagen peptides are sufficiently dosed, which is great news if you’re looking for a collagen supplement.

Although the bovine collagen peptides are sufficiently dosed, not all of the other ingredients within this formula are sufficiently dosed.

The general recommended dose of collagen peptides are between 2.5-10g of collagen, and since there is 7g in this blend, it hits that recommended dose!

The Organic Greens Blend, however, cannot be sufficiently dosed.

This blend only totals 1,250mg and since the recommended dose of just three of the ingredients within this formula (spirulina, wheatgrass, and chlorella) has a combined recommended dose of 7,000mg, the ingredients within this blend are clearly not sufficiently dosed.

The High Orac Blend only weighs a total of 100mg, and since the turmeric, garlic, and acai have a combined recommended dose of 900mg, it’s clear that not all of the ingredients within this blend are sufficiently dosed either.

In addition, the High Orac Blend also contains maltodextrin. Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index level and therefore can cause spikes in blood sugar levels, which is certainly concerning.

Overall, it’s clear that although the bovine collagen peptides within this formula are sufficiently dosed, not all of the other ingredients within this formula are sufficiently dosed.

Therefore, as a whole, the formula may not provide benefits in the way that the brand claims it will.

Health Logics Glowing Greens Reviews

Health Logics Glowing Greens is sold on Amazon as well as on the Health Logics website and therefore we can take a look on there to see a selection of hopefully honest, unbiased, and genuine reviews of the formula.

Overall, the formula scores a rating of 4.4 stars out of 5 stars, with 36 ratings in total.

So, let’s take a look at some of these reviews!

Excellent superfood powder for my daily smoothies. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and definitely feel a difference in my overall health and diet. A welcome addition to my morning routine!5-star review

This is easy to blend, I've only ever used it with water because I really got this to get more greens in my diet. It blends well, which is always a plus. The flavor isn't all that, in fact, I pretty much did not breathe while drinking this. It does not taste good at all, and doesn't look that appetizing either. It gets the job done, which is good, but its not fun to drink, and definitely not appetizing at all.3-star review

I take my green drinks seriously and I don't want any meat in my drinks of any level. In reading the ingredient list, it says it has 7000 mgs of BOVINE collagen peptides. For those of us who generally work with a plant based diet, this won't work. I'll donate this to those who eat meat but won't be ingesting it myself.2-star review

Where to buy Health Logics Glowing Greens?

You can buy the Glowing Greens formula from the Health Logics website and Amazon.

Is It Worth The Price?

One tub of Health Logics Glowing Greens contains 20 servings of formula.

You can purchase the formula on a one-time purchase or on a subscription.

One tub of Glowing Greens, on a one-time purchase, costs $29.99, meaning the cost per serving works out at $1.50.

One tub of Glowing Greens, on a subscription, costs $25.99, meaning the cost per serving works out at $1.30.

Although not all of the ingredients within the formula are sufficiently dosed, since it contains a substantial amount of collagen peptides, I think the formula is reasonably priced.

My Final Verdict

I have two very differing opinions in relation to how I feel about the Health Logics Glowing Greens formula.

On one hand, the formula doesn’t have a fully disclosed ingredients label and definitely contains some ingredients that are not sufficiently dosed.

Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend it.

However, on the other hand, the formula does contain a substantial amount of bovine collagen peptides and therefore if you’re looking for a collagen formula that may potentially provide you with benefits from greens ingredients too, it could be a good choice for you.

Although, since there’s no evidence that collagen from animal sources is actually beneficial, I don’t know if I’d recommend consuming it.

Overall, if you’re looking for a greens formula, look elsewhere. However, if you’re already going to purchase a collagen formula (even with the knowledge that it may not be beneficial), this could be a good choice for you.
