INNO Cleanse Review

INNO CLEANSE Review

Inno Cleanse is a digestive aid capsule supplement. It’s supposed to support weight loss, reduce cravings, and improve gut health.

The capsule formula contains potent laxative ingredients, powerful herbal extracts, and different types of fiber, all of which help to flush out toxins and provide the body with a strong ‘cleanse’.

The capsules are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, soy-free, and therefore suitable for a wide range of people!

Inno Cleanse is becoming more and more popular on the weight loss scene, and therefore, I’m incredibly keen to take a closer look at it to see if it really can provide cleaning benefits.

Inno Cleanse

What is Inno Cleanse?

Looking at the Inno Supps website, I’m immediately impressed – it’s aesthetically pleasing, obviously in the fitness niche, and actually contains a substantial amount of information too – it basically ticks all of the boxes.

When it comes to Inno Cleanse, everything still looks promising, but I have to say that I am a little concerned about the fact that it’s essentially a laxative product.

Although these types of formulas may provide benefits short term, in terms of weight loss and reduced bloating, in the long run, they don’t normally provide benefits, and may actually be detrimental to health (and mental health).

Background on Inno Supps

Inno Supps first came onto the market in 2019, founded by Kevin Gunderson.

However, since 2009 Gunderson has been working with an expert team of scientists and nutritionists to create the highest quality powdered formulas and capsule supplements.

The main focus for Inno Supps is within the fitness and weight loss niche, with the brand’s best-sellers being the Shred Focus, Night Shred, Protein, and the Inno Cleanse capsules!

Inno Cleanse Benefits

Inno Cleanse is supposed to promote good digestive health, eliminate waste from the body, reduce bloating, help regulate hunger, and aid with weight loss.

The brand also highlights specific ingredients within the formula and the benefits associated with these ingredients. For example, “Fennel Seed – reduces water retention, is a rich source of fiber, and promotes weight loss”.

Inno Cleanse Ingredients

The Inno Cleanse formula contains 11 main ingredients, all of which exist within proprietary blends.

Unfortunately, proprietary blends don’t show the amount of each ingredient within the formula, therefore making it very difficult to work out if it will be effective or not, so that’s not great!

However, I’ll be looking at the efficacy of the capsules later. First, let’s take a look at the ingredient label!

Here is the complete list of the Inno Cleanse ingredients:

  • Waist Trimming Complex – 824mg –Cascara Sagrada Bark Powder, Aloe Ferox Leaves Extract, Senna Leaf Powder, Frangula Bark Powder.
  • Advanced Digestion Complex – 300mg – Fennel Seed Powder, Bentonite.
  • Enhanced Detox – 190mg – Burdock Root Powder, Licorice Root Extract, Slippery Elm Bark Powder.
  • Pro Gut Health Matrix – 40mg – Capsicum Annum L. Fruit Powder, Milk Thistle Seed Powder.
  • Other Ingredients – Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silicone Dioxide.

Here is the supplement facts label:

How does Inno Cleanse Taste?

Since Inno Cleanse is a capsule supplement, it doesn’t taste of anything, as long as you swallow it quickly and don’t let it dissolve in your mouth.

Side Effects

There are no side effects associated with the Inno Cleanse capsules.

The brand does warn that it should not be consumed by anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, anyone who has known medical conditions, or anyone taking medication.

Does Inno Cleanse Work?

Unfortunately, due to the fact that the Inno Cleanse ingredients label isn’t fully disclosed, due to the fact that the formula contains proprietary blends, it’s difficult to work out its efficacy.

In addition, a large majority of the ingredients within the capsules don’t actually have standard recommended doses, therefore meaning it’s even more difficult to know if these ingredients exist in substantial doses.

Nonetheless, we can take an estimated guess by looking at the amount of each blend and the recommended doses of the ingredients within it.

The formula will promote a cleansing, laxative effect, but it may not provide gut health benefits.

So, let’s first take a look at the Waist Trimming Complex.

The only ingredient within this formula that has a standard daily recommended dose is senna. The recommended dose of senna sits between 300-900mg, and therefore since the blend contains 824mg, the senna in the formula may be sufficiently dosed.

Looking at the Advanced Digestion Complex, the recommended dose of fennel sits between 480-960mg, and therefore since the blend has a total weight of 300mg, it may not be sufficiently dosed.

None of the ingredients within the enhanced detox formula have a standard recommended dose.

However, the milk thistle extract within the Pro Gut Health Matrix does!

The recommended dose of milk thistle extract is 420mg and since the blend only has a weighting of 40mg, it’s clear that it’s nowhere near sufficiently dosed.

It seems as though the laxative-effect ingredients within the formula are sufficiently dosed and will therefore provide the benefits of the “cleanse”.

However, gut health-boosting ingredients don’t seem to be sufficiently dosed.

Therefore, the formula will promote a cleansing, laxative effect, but it may not provide gut health benefits, as the brand suggests.

Inno Cleanse Reviews

Although there are customer reviews on the Inno Cleanse website, they may be biased. Therefore, since the capsules are available on Amazon, we can take a look there to see a selection of reviews that are much more likely to be unbiased and honest.

There are more than 1,500 customer reviews of the product, with it having an overall customer rating of 4.2 stars out of 5 stars.

So, let's take a look at a selection of these reviews!

This product is a game changer! For the first time in years my digestive issues are gone. The bloat, the constipation and the overuse of laxatives have left me miserable. When I say I have tried everything I have. I literally just went to the doctor and they asked me how things were moving along since it's been a 11 year battle. I showed them the bottle and my doctor took a picture of it. I told them now I go 1 to 2 times a day, no cramping. It's literally changed my life. It's a small capsule, easy to swallow, no bad taste or after effects.5-star Review

I would really know how to rate this product cause it works but it’s ridiculous. Me and my boyfriend tried it to loose weight, but it makes you go to the bathroom all day for days and it’s not pleasant (I’ll just leave it at that). I’m pretty sure it’s the safest thing cause you’re going to need a lot hydration taking these pills.3-Star Review

It didn’t work for me. I guess everyone is different. I became constipated and more bloated. I would return for a refund but there are no pills left. I even did the 3 per day option…..nothing. I can’t say it won’t work for you but it’s a negative on my experience. Good luck.1-Star Review

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

Inno Cleanse doesn’t offer a money-back guarantee. However, you can return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, or 20% or less of a used tub within 30 days for a 50% refund.

Where to buy Inno Cleanse?

You can buy Inno Cleanse from the Inno Cleanse website and from Amazon.

Is It Worth The Price?

You can either purchase Inno Cleanse on a one-time purchase or on a subscription. If you choose to purchase a subscription, you will receive 20% off.

One tub of Inno Cleanse contains 30 servings (2 capsules).

If you choose to buy one tub of Inno Cleanse on a one-time purchase, it will cost $39.99, meaning the cost per serving works out at $1.33.

If you subscribe to Inno Cleanse, it will cost $31.99 per tub, meaning the cost per serving works out at $1.07.

I wouldn’t say that Inno Cleanse is overly priced since the cost per serving of it is rather cheap.

However, the price of the subscription is definitely more suitable, especially since the formula contains proprietary blends and will therefore potentially not contain sufficiently dosed ingredients.

My Final Verdict

The Inno Cleanse capsules may be popular, but I’m not sure if I’d personally choose to consume them or recommend them.

Although certain laxative ingredients within the formula may be sufficiently dosed and therefore provide laxative effects, the ingredients intended to promote gut health are insufficiently dosed and therefore will not support digestive health.

In addition, taking laxative supplements long term doesn’t support good levels of optimum health and may actually be detrimental. If you are looking to take laxatives for a short term cleanse, there are also cheaper options out there.

Overall, if you’re looking for a strong laxative to cleanse yourself, this might be a good supplement for you to take. However, if you really do want long term weight loss and gut support, you should look to other supplements.

  1. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! This is NOT a true 30 day money back guarantee. The Inno Cleanse did NOT WORK and they are charging me the shipping to send back a product that DOES NOT WORK! This is horrible business. Money back guarantee but YOU, the consumer pays returning shipping if it does not work. Horrible customer service. The number you can all doesn’t work, surprise?! They do not refund your money. This is BS!!!!

  2. Been taking these only take every 2nd day and every time I have the runs
all day so definitely work. But i generally struggled before. So tummy feeling great instead of sick

  3. Innosups has excellent customer service and very friendly staff.
I was offered a subscription deal but it’s in my nature to try before I buy.
I’m so glad I did. After a couple of weeks taking 2 pills a day it’s not doing anything for me at all. I think a straight up water cleanse would work better.
    Disappointed.

    1. Hi Maria,
If you’re taking any prescription medications then I would speak to your medical doctor first. You can take a picture of the label of Inno Cleanse from the website (or above) and show your doctor too.
