KaraMD Pure Nature Review: Ingredients, Dosages, Serving Costs

Pure Nature is a capsule supplement that contains super greens, fruit, and vegetable ingredients, produced by the popular health and wellness company, KaraMD.

The brand claims that the formula provides essential nutrients to consumers while boosting energy levels and improving overall well-being.

Pure Nature capsules are suitable for a wide variety of people since the formula is dairy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegetarian, and vegan.

Pure Nature is one of the most popular supplements produced by KaraMD, so I’m keen to look at it to see if it is as beneficial as customers seem to think it is!

What is KaraMD Pure Nature?

The KaraMD website is professional, polished, and incredibly informative. I like the blog – it’s packed with useful health and great wellness content!

Unfortunately, the Pure Nature product page lacks information, and I’m not too hopeful that the formula is a capsule supplement. Capsule supplements commonly contain insufficiently dosed ingredients.

However, hopefully, I'll be proved wrong when I closely examine the supplement.

KaraMD Pure Nature Benefits

KaraMD doesn’t provide much information about the Pure Nature capsules on the website, which is a shame.

However, the brand claims that the capsules are supposed to provide essential nutrients to the consumer, boost energy levels, and support overall health and wellness.

KaraMD Pure Nature Ingredients

The KaraMD Pure Nature formula contains 20 individual ingredients in total. However, all of these ingredients are present within two proprietary blends.

Therefore, it’s unclear how much of each ingredient exists within the formula.

However, I’ll be looking at the amounts of the ingredients within the formula and working out their efficacy later in this review.

First, let’s take a look at the ingredients!

Here is the complete list of the KaraMD Pure Nature ingredients:

  • Pure Greens Blend – 1,600mg –Alfalfa Powder (aerial parts), Barley Grass (leaf), Organic Oat Grass (grass), Kale (aerial parts), Cabbage (leaf), Cauliflower (crown), Parsley (leaf), Cucumber (fruit), Celery (seed), Asparagus Extract (aerial parts).
  • Fruit & Vegetable Blend – 1,200mg –Apple Fiber (fruit), Beet (root), Carrot (root), Tomato Extract (fruit), Strawberry (fruit), Garlic (bulb), Blueberry (fruit), Ginger (root), Raspberry Juice (fruit), Red Bell Pepper (fruit).
  • Other Ingredients –Vegetable Cellulose (Vegetable Capsule), Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide.

How does KaraMD Pure Nature Taste?

Although KaraMD Pure Nature is a capsule supplement and shouldn’t have a taste, customer reviews suggest differently!

Unfortunately, several customers reviews state that the capsules taste and smell pungent and unpleasant.

Side Effects

KaraMD suggests that anyone under 18, pregnant, nursing, on medication, or with a medical condition should consult a doctor before consumption.

Does KaraMD Pure Nature Work?

KaraMD Pure Nature contains 20 main ingredients. However, since they all exist in proprietary blends, it’s difficult to work out the formula's efficacy.

Since the amount of each ingredient within the formula is unclear, we can look at the amount of each blend and the combined recommended doses of the ingredients within the blend to see if the ingredients can be sufficiently dosed.

The Pure Greens blend totals 1,600mg.

This is a very small total dosage, and the blend actually doesn’t contain any potent greens ingredients that are in typical greens powders, such as chlorella, spirulina, and wheatgrass.

However, let’s look at two ingredients within the formula that have standard doses!

The fact that just alfalfa has a recommended dose of 5g and barley grass has a standard dose of 1,000mg means that these two ingredients are not sufficiently dosed.

Some of the ingredients in the formula are definitely not sufficiently dosed.

The Fruit and Vegetable blend totals 1,200mg.

The ginger within the formula has a recommended dose of 400mg, the garlic within the formula has a recommended dose of 400mg, the beetroot has a recommended dose of 300-500mg, and the apple fiber's recommended dose is 500mg.

Therefore, although some of these ingredients may be sufficiently dosed, they can’t all be. In addition, these are only some of the ingredients!

Overall, some ingredients within the formula definitely cannot be sufficiently dosed; therefore, the formula may not be effective.

KaraMD Pure Nature Reviews

KaraMD Pure Nature is sold on Amazon and therefore we can take a look on there to see a selection of honest and unbiased customer reviews of the formula.

There are 1,339 ratings in total and the formula scores an overall rating of 4.2 stars out of 5 stars.

So, let’s take a look at some of these reviews!

This stuff is amazing. I am 63 years old and have never eaten well. I started taking it and on the third morning I woke up with more energy than I can ever remember. I recommend it to everyone I know. I tell them if they don't like it I will by it back from them. Thanks KARAMD!5-star review

The smell is absolutely horrible!! I am sure there are important health benefits in taking these capsules, but the nauseating smell almost makes them impossible to take. If you combine the smell with the fact that you have to take 4 to get your dosage, it becomes literally a different pill to swallow.3-star review

The taste is not good. So far, have been taking it for 2 weeks. I don't believe that the formula has much effect on my energy levels or feeling of wellness. Don't think I'll buy it again.1-star review

Where to buy KaraMD Pure Nature?

You can buy KaraMD Pure Nature from the KaraMD website and from Amazon.

Is It Worth The Price?

One tub of KaraMD Pure Nature contains 120 capsules, and with a serving size of 4 capsules, each tub contains 30 servings of formula.

If you buy several tubs of Pure Nature, you receive a discount.

Buying one tub of KaraMD Pure Nature costs $39.95, meaning the cost per serving works out at $1.33. If you buy three, each tub costs $35.96. This works out at a cost per serving of $1.20. If you buy four, each tub costs $31.96. This works out at a cost per serving of $1.07.

Although the formula is fairly inexpensive, I don’t think it’s worth the price since it doesn’t contain sufficiently dosed ingredients and, therefore, may not be as effective as the brand claims it will be.

My Final Verdict

Unfortunately, I had good reason to be initially concerned about the efficacy of the Pure Nature capsules. Not all of the ingredients within the formula can be sufficiently dosed.

In addition, the mixture of the ingredients within the formula is also not that potent – most greens formulas contain much more powerful ingredients such as spirulina, chlorella, and wheatgrass.

Therefore, the capsules may not be effective and provide the consumer with adequate nutritional value or health benefits.

Due to all of these factors, I think the capsules are too expensive for the quality they’re providing. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend consuming these capsules.

If you’re looking for a powerful greens formula, I recommend purchasing a powdered formula with a fully disclosed ingredients label, potent greens ingredients and definitely contains sufficiently dosed ingredients.
