Paradise Herbs Slimming Greens review

Paradise Slimming Greens Review

With over two decades of experience, Paradise Herbs is a popular supplement brand known for creating herbal blends and all-natural supplements. The Slimming Greens formula is one of the most popular that the brand produces, and that says a lot because the brand has over 40 products!

Although normal super greens formulas might aid consumers in losing weight, that’s exactly what this product is formulated to do. In fact, this product combines the original Paradise greens formula and new, innovative ingredients to provide the most impressive results.

I’m really keen to take a closer look at this formula and see if it really will produce results for consumers that are looking to lose weight and get that boost of fruit and veg! If you’re intrigued too, check out my full Paradise Slimming Greens review below.

First Impression of Paradise Slimming Greens

My first impressions of the Paradise Herbs website are quite simply just fine – I’m not blown away but I’m not disappointed. The site looks a little outdated, but it includes a variety of information and of course, showcases a wide range of products.

The Paradise Slimming Greens tub itself looks outdated, and the fact that you can only see the front of the tub and not the ingredients list or supplement facts looks a little shady. Nowhere on the formula’s product page is a full list of ingredients, making the brand look not so transparent.

Overall my first impressions aren’t great so I’m hoping that when I take a closer look at the formula’s ingredients I’m blown away.

Background on Paradise Herbs

Founded in 1994 by Scott Bias, Paradise Herbs is a California-based health and wellbeing brand. Scott Bias started the company when he began creating and selling blends of ancient herbs. These herbal blends got popular fast and his empire expanded.

As mentioned previously, the brand has over 40 products at the time of writing this article, but it claims to have created hundreds of formulas since being founded.

As well as the Slimming Greens formula, Paradise Herbs has everything from joint formulas and anti-stress tablets to sleep aid formula and collagen. The brand’s products are available at over 2,500 stores in the US, so it must be doing pretty well.

Paradise Slimming Greens Benefits

The biggest benefit of the Paradise Slimming Greens formula is the fact it supports weight loss because of the high ORAC count and the selection of powerful added ingredients such as Garcinia and Green Coffee Beans. However, as the formula contains the original Paradise super greens formula, there are also a bunch of other benefits.

For example, the formula also helps push toxins from the body, balances the overall pH of the body, supports the digestive system, and provides the consumer with an array of essential vitamins and minerals needed for optimum daily health.

Paradise Slimming Greens Ingredients

The Paradise Slimming Greens formula contains over 40 ingredients, all of which are vegan, soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO. Unfortunately, all of the ingredients, apart from two, exist within proprietary blends.

Proprietary blends are a nightmare for the consumer because only the brand knows exactly how much of each ingredient actually exists in the formula. However, I’m going to try and figure out whether the formula will work or not a little later in the review.

First, let’s take a look at the ingredients within the formula.

  • Super Citrimax (1,500 mg) – Garcinia cambogia (fruit Rind) Extract {providing 60% (900 mg) HCA}
  • Slendatrol Herbal Extracts Blend (1,000 mg) – Green Tea, Astragalus Root, Fenugreek Seed, Jiaogulan, Rhodiola Rosea, Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf, Banaba Leaf, Ginger Rhizome, Glycyrrhizae uralensis Root, Crataegus pinnatifida Fruit

  • Dual Action Energy Formula (62.5 mg) – Organic Acai berry, Organic Maca root
  • GingerZyme (62.5 mg) – Ginger rhizome extract, Turmeric rhizome extract, Cinnamon bark extract

Paradise Herbs is also very keen to let the consumer know that the formula is lab certified at 20,000 total ORAC, which will aid with weight loss significantly.

ORAC is the Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity and it shows total antioxidant capacity.

How does Paradise Slimming Greens Taste?

The Paradise Slimming Greens formula isn't flavored and therefore it does have the classic taste that comes with super greens formula, whether you want to call it ‘natural’ or ‘grassy’.

Although it’s probably fine for those that are used to drinking super greens, it might be too intense for those that aren’t.

If you struggle consuming drinks then check out my round-up of best-tasting greens formulas.

Side Effects

You shouldn’t experience any side effects when consuming this formula. However, as there are herbal ingredients you may have never consumed before, you might want to start with half of the recommended dose to allow time for your body to get used to it.

Does Paradise Slimming Greens Work?

Due to the fact that this formula contains proprietary blends, it’s unclear if it will actually work or not because we don’t have the information about the amount of each ingredient listed.

A lot of the ingredients don’t actually have well-known daily recommended doses because they’re herbal.

The verdict on ingredients is essential that there’s no way there can be an adequate amount of it within the mix.

If we take a look at some of the other ingredients, the amounts in the formula don’t equal the recommended daily dose.

For example, let’s take a look at Spirulina, as it’s good go-to seeing as it’s in most super greens formulas. The recommended daily dose of Spirulina is 1-3g (Heathline), and there’s only 0.562g of the blend that it sits in within this formula.

So the verdict on ingredients is essential that there’s no way there can be an adequate amount of it within the mix.

Paradise Slimming Greens Reviews

Taking a look at iHerb, a third-party supplement website on which the formula is sold, the formula has 36 ratings and scores 3.9 stars out of 5 stars.

Let’s take a look at a selection of the reviews below.

I drank the whole jar, but I did not notice any signs of losing weight. I am glad that so many herbs are collected here !!! I drink in the mornings, it gives strength and energy.5-star review

It doesn't taste very good, so after eating, my appetite is suppressed and I think I will lose weight.2-star review

A rare muck! Bitter creaks on the teeth like sand, the smell is monstrous! Where not to add, at least in the juice, even in the smoothie – it will ruin everything. To discourage appetite at the recommended dosage, I did not notice. What weight loss is there … I quite courageously endure the intake of not-so-delicious supplements, but I just can’t get myself to drink it. 1-star review

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

This product is sold through the third-party retailer, iHerb so, therefore, there’s no money-back guarantee or return policy.

Where to buy Paradise Slimming Greens?

You cannot purchase the formula from the Paradise Herbs website, which seems incredibly strange. However, you can purchase the formula from third party sites online such as iHerb or Amazon, or in a selection of stores in the USA.

Is It Worth The Price?

One tub of Paradise Slimming Greens costs $30.24, which means that the cost per serving works out at $1.01 on iHerb.

You may be able to receive discounts depending on the retailer. However, this is already fairly cheap in comparison to other formulas on the market.

My Final Verdict

I’ve got to say that I wouldn’t recommend this super greens formula. I was really hoping for a potent, transparent list of ingredients after my first impressions of this formula weren’t great, but unfortunately, my hopes didn’t turn into a reality!

I find everything about this formula a let-down to be completely honest and without trying to sound too brutal.

The website is outdated, the formula is made from proprietary blends, the brand lacks transparency, the product is sold through a third-party website, it tastes bad and there’s no money-back guarantee!

There are much better formulas out there on the market in comparison to this, so I would recommend looking elsewhere.
