Does Primal Harvest Turmeric Complex Work?
The ingredients label of the Turmeric Complex is fully disclosed and therefore we can see the amount of each ingredient within the formula. This means we can easily work out the efficacy of the formula.
So, let’s do that.
The recommended dose of turmeric is between 500–2,000 mg, and since there’s 900mg of turmeric root powder and 400mg of turmeric extract, there’s a total of 1,300mg of turmeric within the formula.

Each bottle contains 60 capsules and with a serving size of 2 capsules, this means each bottle contains 30 servings.
One bottle of Turmeric Complex costs $38.95, therefore the cost per serving works out at just below $1.30.

My Final Verdict
I’m pretty pleased after looking at Primal Harvest’s Turmeric Complex capsules.
The Turmeric Complex capsules contain a sufficiently dosed amount of turmeric and therefore, they may provide the benefits that the brand claims they will.
The use of BioPerine within the capsules also benefits the consumer, helping increase curcumin absorption.
However, my only concern would be that the capsules are slightly more expensive than I assumed they would be sold at. There are other turmeric supplements on the market for a much cheaper price.
Therefore, if you really want to purchase Primal Harvest’s Turmeric Complex, you should do so. However, if you’re looking for a cheaper turmeric supplement, don’t worry, they are out there and available!
