Smashin' Greens is a superfood formula created by MASF supplements. The formula is one of the best-selling supplements that the brand produces, and there’s even a juice fast dedicated to this product.
MASF claims that by consuming the Smashin' Greens formula, you will experience increased energy levels, clearer skin, loss of fat, and your optimum health level as it gives you the correct amount of micronutrients.
The brand has also recently changed the ingredients list so that the formula is now USDA-certified organic. So, it’s all looking impressive so far. I’m keen to take a closer look at the formula, to see if this product really is as smashing as it sounds.

At first glance Smashin Greens looks like a protein or muscle mass formula of some kind – the branding is edgy and powerful. This fits perfectly with the brand’s ethos and story.
MASF is very clearly a successful brand, and that can be seen simply from taking a quick look at the website. Everything from apparel and supplements to challenges and personal training is offered.
Proudly founded by a former SEAL, entrepreneur, and professional mixed martial arts fighter, this brand, and the Smashin Greens formula, in particular, clearly mean business.

MASF Supplements was founded in 2017 by a former SEAL, motivational speaker, painter, entrepreneur, and MMA fighter Mitch Aguiar. The brand is based in Chesapeake, Virginia.
The Smashin' Greens formula sits within the wide range of health, wellbeing, and fitness supplements the brand creates. It also produces apparel and accessories, as well as personal fitness training and fitness challenges.
The philosophy of both Aguiar and MASF is “mindset is everything” and the brand is trying to push people to see their potential and become limitless. The brand, and all of its products, push an inspiring message out into the world.
Smashin' Greens Ingredients
MASF recommends a 19.3g serving size of Smashin Greens, which is an incredibly large amount of formula in comparison to other super greens formulas on the market.
The formula contains 21 ingredients, and although it’s certainly a sigh of relief that these ingredients don’t exist within proprietary blends, the weight of each ingredient is missing from the ingredients label.
This is obviously not useful, as the consumer will never be able to know how much of each specific ingredient they’re consuming.
However, the amount of certain vitamins and minerals does make its way onto the ingredients label. For example, the percentage of Vitamin D, Calcium, Iron, and Potassium in the formula is clearly shown.

All of the ingredients have recently been changed to USDA-certified organic ingredients, and therefore the formula is USDA certified.

How does Smashin' Greens Taste?
Smashin' Greens are flavored naturally using natural vanilla and monk fruit extract. The brand is very proud of letting the consumer know there are no sugar, fillers, or artificial flavorings within the product.
The formula does have a strong taste – there are so many potent ingredients within the formula, that it would be difficult for it not to be potent tasting.
However, it’s not overpowering and can be easily added to a shake or smoothie if you don’t like it mixed with water.
Side Effects
You shouldn’t experience any kind of side effects when consuming this product. However, there is an allergen warning for those that are allergic to wheat, as this product may contain traces of wheat.
If you do have allergies of any kind, always check the ingredients label before consuming any new formula.
Does Smashin' Greens Work?
The ingredients list is packed with some really powerful ingredients, the fact that the formula is USDA certified organic, and the brains behind the formula clearly know what they’re doing.
However, it’s extremely disappointing for me to have to say that I’m not sure if the Smashin Greens formula would work. Although each ingredient is listed, the amount of each ingredient is not shown.
The simple fact is, no one can say whether the formula will work or not.
That said the recommended serving size is one of the largest I have seen at 19.3 grams.
Perhaps the amount of ingredients within the formula is perfect, or maybe it’s not, we will never know because the brand hasn’t been transparent in listing this information.

However, as this information could be biased, I’ve taken a look at Amazon, to be sure we’re looking at a selection of honest reviews.
On Amazon, there are 18 customer reviews, and the product scores 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. All of the reviews are positive, even the 4-star review.

Although MASF doesn’t have a money-back guarantee, there is a 30-day return policy on all of the products the brand produces.
The tub needs to be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging for a refund to be available.
This means you can't try MASF as opening the tub means no returns are possible.

Is It Worth The Price?
One tub of Smashin Greens is $95. This works out at a cost per serving of $3.17. If you purchase the formula on a subscription, you can receive a 20% discount. So, this works out at a cost of $76 and a cost per serving of $2.53.
The cost of a tub on a one time purchase is on the more expensive side of the super greens formula market (similar to the cost of Athletic Greens), especially for a formula that might not even contain the correct amount of ingredients for it to work.
However, the 20% saving on the subscription option does make it cheaper, and although this is still on the more expensive side of the market, it’s reasonable considering the serving size and potentially the ingredient weights.
When it comes to shipping, MASF offers US shipping for a flat fee of $5.00, which is incredibly fair. The brand does ship internationally, but this price of shipping depends on the location.
My Verdict
Smashin' Greens ticks a lot of the boxes when you first look at the product.
It’s USDA certified organic, it’s packed with potent ingredients, it’s not fussy or full of artificial flavorings and above all, it’s produced by someone who has been through hell and back and wants to supply the world with the nutrition he needed, and still needs as an MMA fighter.
The only thing letting the Smashin' Greens formula down is the fact the amount of each ingredient isn’t shown on the product information. Therefore, we have no idea whether the formula will actually provide the consumer with the desired benefits, or not.
It’s a real shame to say this, but unless MASF decides to be transparent about the amount of each ingredient within the formula, I am unable to recommend this product.
