Superfood Keto By Feel Good 365

Superfood Keto by Feel Great 365 Review

Superfood Keto by Feel Great 365 is a superfood formula that’s packed with fruit, vegetables, fiber, herbal extracts, and probiotics, whilst at the same time being keto-friendly.

The formula is supposed to boost energy levels, support weight loss, and weight management, improve the appearance of skin and support the digestive system, whilst keeping the body in a state of ketosis (I review other best greens for keto brands here).

The formula is vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, stevia-free, preservative, and sugar-free. Therefore, it’s suitable for a wide range of people, obviously including those on keto diets.

I’m keen to take a closer look at this formula to see if it really provides the benefits that the brand claims it will whilst staying keto-friendly.

If you’re thinking of purchasing the formula, or you’re also keen to take a closer look at it, check out my full Superfood Keto by Feel Great 365 review below.

Superfood Keto First Impressions

The Superfood Keto formula looks impressive at first glance. The brand has supplied a substantial amount of information about the formula, the branding is clear and eye-catching and it’s suitable for so many people that it looks like it ticks all the boxes.

The only thing that I would have to say about the formula is that the branding is very similar to protein and other formulas that are targeted towards bodybuilders in the sense that it looks a little aggressive.

Although this doesn’t make a difference to me, and actually probably increases my likelihood of noticing it, other people may find it offputting.

Background on Feel Great 365

Feel Great 365 was founded in Texas in 2008 by Frank VanOs.

The company was founded when Frank VanOs realized he was going to become a father a little later in life and started to dive deep into nutrition, supplementation, and wellness.

He felt like everything he found needed to be shared, and so the company was born.

As well as producing supplements for adults, the company also produces a kid-friendly range, which is great to see – this is an emerging market in the superfood world!

Superfood Keto Benefits

Feel Great 365 claims that Superfood Keto formula will provide an array of benefits whilst keeping the body in a state of ketosis.

The brand claims that the formula will boost energy levels, improve concentration, support weight management, reduce cravings, support the digestive system, push toxins from the body and improve the appearance of the skin.

Superfood Keto Ingredients

The Superfood Keto formula contains over 50 ingredients, eight of which are fully disclosed and the rest of them exist in proprietary blends.

The existence of proprietary blends in the formula means that it’s impossible to know how much of each ingredient exists within the formula and therefore makes it hard, if not impossible, to work out the efficacy of the formula.

Nonetheless, I’ll be diving into the efficacy of the formula later on in this review. First, let’s take a look at the ingredients within the formula.

Here is the complete list of Superfood Keto ingredients:

  • Vitamin C – 100mg
  • Japanese Knotweed Root Extract – 100mg
  • Ginger Root Powder – 70mg

How does Supefood Keto Taste?

The Superfood Keto is ‘Berry Blast’ flavored. The formula is flavored with a variety of natural flavors that exist as ingredients within the antioxidant proprietary blend.

Unfortunately, the formula is flavored with maltodextrin which is a heavily processed additive – not ideal for a healthy, keto supplement!

So, although the brand suggests that the formula is healthy and keto because it contains no stevia as a sweetening ingredient, that’s not exactly true.

Opinions about the taste of the formula are mixed, with some saying they like it, and others saying that it tastes overly processed and pungent.

Side Effects

There are no side effect warnings associated with the Superfood Keto formula.

However, as I always suggest, if you are under 18, breastfeeding, pregnant, taking medication or you have a medical condition, you should consult a doctor before starting any new supplement.

Does Superfood Keto Work?

As mentioned briefly above, the Superfood Keto formula comprises proprietary blends and some fully disclosed singular ingredients.

Although it’s great that there some fully disclosed ingredients on the label, the proprietary blends present in the formula make it impossible to know how much of these specific blend ingredients exist within the formula.

Nonetheless, let’s take a look at the ingredients label and try to figure out the efficacy of the formula!

We can do this by looking at the amount of the ingredients and comparing this amount to the recommended daily dose.

First, we can take a look at the ingredients that are fully disclosed.

None of these disclosed ingredients actually have specific standard recommended doses, but some of them do have recommended doses that are associated with specific amounts.

For example, the recommended amount of Japanese Knotweed to take daily is 200mg, and there’s only 100mg in this formula. The recommended amount of ginger root is 250 mg to 1 g and there’s only 70mg in this formula.

The recommended amount of 400mg of mangosteen is suggested and there’s only 10mg of it in this formula, and so on and so on.

Therefore, it’s likely that even the disclosed ingredients are not sufficiently dosed.

It’s unclear whether the formula will actually work or not because some ingredients seem to be insufficiently dosed.

Obviously, when it comes to the proprietary blends it’s impossible to know how much of each ingredient exists.

However, looking at the blends, it’s probably likely that some of the ingredients, at least, are not sufficiently dosed.

For example, the first and most heavily weighted blend (Keto Antioxidant Blend) weighs 3.8g, but the recommended dose of beet powder, one of the ingredients, is 3.5g, leaving only 3g left for the other 12 ingredients in the blend.

Overall, it’s unclear whether the formula will actually work or not because some ingredients seem to be insufficiently dosed and the others all exist within proprietary blends.

Superfood Keto Reviews

Superfood Keto is available on Amazon and there are 97 customer reviews on there.

Overall the formula scores 4.2 stars out of 5 stars. This is a positive overall score!

So, let’s take a look at a selection of the reviews below.

This powder was exactly what I was looking for! It boosts the flavor of my smoothies up about 10 notches, blends well (ninja blender), and I get a lot of nutrition/vitamins/antioxidants. What really sold me on buying this product was that it has NO STEVIA! I was looking for a powder that doesn't have any stevia/monk fruit/etc and there are almost NONE! I came across this after looking around forever-thank goodness I found it! 5-star reviewer

While I liked the taste of this with no added sugars – especially no fake sweeteners, I didn't really notice much of a difference in my overall health or energy levels. 3-star reviewer

Not a great taste didn’t finish due to taste. 1-star reviewer

Where to buy Superfood Keto?

Currently, Superfood Keto is not available on the Feel Great 365 website, but it is still available on the Feel Great 365 Amazon Shop.

The formula is available on some smaller third-party supplement suppliers online, but Amazon is the most reliable place to buy the formula.

Is It Worth The Price?

Superfood Keto, currently only available on Amazon, is sold in tubs that contain 30 servings of formula.

One tub costs $39.97, meaning the cost per serving of the formula works out at $1.33 on a one-time purchase.

If you subscribe to the formula, one tub costs $37.97, meaning the cost per serving of the formula works out at $1.27.

This is a mid-range price formula, and although it’s fairly inexpensive, it contains proprietary blends that may not contain sufficiently dosed ingredients.

Therefore, it may not be worth the price!

The Bottom Line

I had high hopes for this formula, and unfortunately, I’m left feeling underwhelmed a little, if not a lot.

Firstly, my main issue with the formula is that I’m unsure if it is safe and beneficial for those on keto diets.

Although the brand shouts about the formula not containing stevia, it contains maltodextrin which is much more harmful and shouldn’t be consumed on a keto diet.

Therefore, I’m very unsure if the formula can actually be called Superfood Keto!

In addition, the ingredients label isn’t fully disclosed, some of the ingredients seem to be insufficiently dosed and the taste isn’t great.

I would suggest that you choose a high-quality superfood formula that has a fully disclosed ingredients label and doesn’t hide any ingredients that are definitely not keto-friendly.
