Nutra Burst Review

Total Life Changes NutraBurst Review

NutraBurst is a liquid concentrate produced by Total Life Changes that contains 72 minerals, 10 Vitamins, 22 Phytonutrients, 19 Amino Acids, 13 Whole Food Greens, and 12 Herbs.

The liquid formula is supposed to provide a number of essential minerals and vitamins whilst also helping balance the consumer’s diet, promoting overall health, and more.

With over 1,000 customer reviews on Amazon, I’m really keen to take a look at the NutraBurst liquid formula to see if it really can provide the essential micronutrients to the consumer that the brand claims it will.

What is Nutraburst?

Unfortunately, on first impression, I’m not bowled over by the Total Life Changes website.

The website quite obviously shows that TLC is an MLM company – the branding is dull, there’s a wide range of products that promise extensive benefits, and there’s a lot of information pushing the TLC company.

However, the one thing I do like is that the website’s blog is incredibly informative.

Looking at NutraBurst, I’m again, unimpressed. Although there might be a lot of words on the product page, there’s a lack of true information about the product on there. In addition, I’m unsure how impressive a liquid formula really can be.

Nutraburst Benefits

Although NutraBurst is heavily marketed, it’s not actually clear what the benefits of the liquid formula are. The only thing the brand claims NutraBurst will do is encourage a healthy balance, provide the daily allowance of important vitamins, and promote overall health.

This information about the benefits of NutraBurst is incredibly vague, which is a real shame.

Nutraburst Ingredients

NutraBurst apparently contains 148 ingredients – 72 Minerals, 10 Vitamins, 22 Phytonutrients, 19 Amino Acids, 13 Whole Food Greens, and 12 Herbs.

However, there is an astounding lack of information about the ingredients within the formula. Instead, the brand only provides a small nutritional value label.

This lack of information makes it not only difficult but absolutely impossible to work out the efficacy of the formula.

However, I’ll be diving deeper into the problems with the efficacy of this supplement later in this review.

First, let’s take a look at all that is available to us – the small nutritional value the brand provides.

Here is the Nutraburst label:

  • Vitamin A (as Palmitate) – 5,000IU
  • Vitamin C (as Asorbic Acid) – 120mg
  • Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) – 400IU
  • Vitamin E – 30IU
  • Thiamin (Vitamin B1) – 1.5mg
  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) – 1.7mg
  • Niacin (as Vitamin B3 Nianinimide) – 20mg
  • Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL) – 5mg
  • Folate – 400mcg
  • Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) – 18mcg
  • Biotin – 300mcg
  • D-Calcium Pantothenate – 10mg
  • Calcium – 25mg
  • Magnesium – 25mg
  • Selenium (L-Selenomethionine) – 70mcg
  • Potassium – 25mg
  • Other Ingredients –Purified Water, Natural Cane Sugar, Natural Vanilla Flavor and Potassium Sorbate.

How does Nutraburst Taste?

Just as there is a lack of information about the ingredients within the formula, there’s no information about the flavor of the formula.

However, most customer reviews claim that the formula tastes good, especially when diluted and added to juice.

Side Effects

There are no side effects associated with Nutraburst and the brand doesn’t warn against anyone consuming it.

However, I would suggest that no one who is under 18 years old, pregnant, nursing, on medication, or with a medical condition, should consume the formula.

Does Nutraburst Work?

Apparently, the NutraBurst liquid formula contains 72 minerals, 10 vitamins, 22 Phytonutrients, 19 Amino Acids, 13 Whole Food Greens, and 12 Herbs. However, there isn’t a detailed ingredients label.

The brand only provides information such as, “22 Phytonutrients including orange, grapefruit, strawberry, broccoli, pineapple, apple, raspberry, and others”.

In addition, the brand only provides a small nutritional value label. Therefore, it’s completely unclear not only which ingredients exist within the formula, but how much of each ingredient exists within it!

Not knowing how much of each ingredient exists within a formula is bad enough, but not knowing which ingredients actually make up a supplement is simply disgraceful.

The lack of information about the ingredients within NutraBurst is absolutely awful.

Since there’s a lack of information about the ingredients within NutraBurst, it’s impossible to try and figure out the efficacy of the formula.

Although, I would strongly disagree that just one tablespoon of the formula provides the equivalent nutrition to eating 10 salads.

Overall, I think it’s absolutely awful that there’s a lack of information about the ingredients within NutraBurst.

In addition, the brand’s exuberant claims about the nutritional benefits of the liquid formula are not only over the top but cannot be proven.

Nutraburst Reviews

NutraBurst is sold on Amazon as well as the Total Life Changes website. Therefore, we can take a look on Amazon to see a selection of unbiased and honest customer reviews.

NutraBurst has 1,319 customer ratings in total and scores an overall rating of 4.4 stars out of 5 stars.

So, let’s take a look at some of these reviews!

I’ve purchased Nutra Burst several times now because I love all the vitamins it provides. The flavor isn’t too bad when it’s cold. I like that it isn’t thick in texture. I do think the price could be a little less than what it currently is but overall it’s a great multivitamin. Because it’s in liquid form I get better absorption of the vitamins and the taste isn’t bad. I’m definitely happy with Nutra Burst.5-star review

This is not so great for the Price. Much too EXPENSIVE and over-rated!3-star review

Did not give me any energy, very overrated and costly.1-star review

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

NutraBurst offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on its products.

Where to buy Nutraburst?

You can buy NutraBurst from the Total Life Changes website and from Amazon.

Is It Worth The Price?

One bottle of NutraBurst contains a month’s worth of multivitamin liquid.

The price of the liquid formula differs on the Total Life Changes website and Amazon.

On the Total Life Changes website, one bottle of NutraBurst costs $54.95. This works out at a cost per serving of $1.83.

On Amazon, one bottle of NutraBurst costs $62.45. This works out at a cost per serving of $2.08.

I really don’t think this supplement is worth the price that it’s sold due to the fact that there is absolutely no information about the ingredients within the formula.

There is only a small nutritional value label on the bottle and no information about the blends or ingredients within it!

My Final Verdict

I’m incredibly unimpressed by the NutraBurst liquid concentrate formula.

Not only am I not keen on MLM companies in the first place, but there is a lack of information about the supplement and the ingredients label is undisclosed.

Obviously, my main issue with NutraBurst is the fact that the ingredients label is undisclosed to the greatest extent – it’s unclear which ingredients are within the formula and how much of each ingredient exists within it!

If you are looking for a formula that is going to provide you with essential micronutrients and other health benefits, I would not recommend purchasing Nutraburst.

Instead, I would recommend consuming a powdered formula that has a fully disclosed ingredients label, will definitely provide benefits to you, and is produced by a trusted, informative, and honest company.

  1. Of course you would have nothing but negative commentary in order to market your inexperienced and inexplainable products. TLCs products change lives all over the world, in over 170 countries to be exact, including mines and I would never put a price who feeding my body the best. You spend hundreds of dollars to dress the outside but put cheap products on the inside of your body. Educate yourself before trying to slander such amazing products with a great business model to help customers also make money. This liquid gold has helped me come off of prescription medications although therefore no medical claims.

    1. Brandy,
I am very happy you are a fan of the brand – that’s great!

Your opinion and feedback are great, and like I have said if this works for you, then great. Please continue to use it.
Jumping on your comment regarding the quality of ingredients, I assume you’re referencing my supplement here. If so, can you provide more information to support your argument? We can then evaluate this more objectively.
