Which Goli Gummies are best?

Which Goli Gummies Are The Best?

Goli was founded in 2017 and in 2019 the company created the world’s first apple cider vinegar gummies. The company became incredibly successful in a short amount of time and since then, the company has created more gummy supplements (Ashwa, Superfruits, Supergreens).

As of 2021, alongside the Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, the brand produces Ashwagandha Gummies, Superfruits Gummies, and Supergreens Gummies.

I have actually reviewed each of these gummies separately, but in case you’re interested in buying Goli gummies but you’re not sure which type to buy, in this review I’ll be taking a look at each of them and then figuring out which one comes out on top!

So, if you’re keen to take a closer look at the gummy supplements produced by Goli, you want to know the pros and cons of each, and you want to know which one comes out on top, keep reading!

Which Goli Gummies are the best?

1Goli ACV Gummies

The first Goli supplement we’ll take a look at is the Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies!

Like the other Goli gummies, the ACV Gummies are suitable for a wide range of people since they’re vegan, vegetarian, kosher, and 100% gluten-free.

These gummies contain 5 main ingredients – Apple Cider Vinegar (5% acetic acid), Organic Beetroot, Organic Pomegranate, Vitamin B9, and Vitamin B12.

Goli has actually provided information about the amounts of each ingredient within the gummies which is great – it’s easy to see if the ingredients will be sufficiently dosed!

There is 500mg of Apple Cider Vinegar within the gummies, and with the recommended dose of liquid ACV being 1 tablespoon (which is approximately 15g), the amount of ACV within these gummies may not be substantial enough to provide the benefits the brand claims it will.

However, the maximum daily serving of these gummies is 12 gummies. Therefore, you could get up to 6g of ACV.

That brings us to the next issue with these gummies!

Although each gummy only contains 1g of sugar, if you are consuming the maximum serving daily (12 gummies), you will be consuming 12g of sugar per day. This is a lot of sugar that can detrimentally affect your health.

When it comes to price, the cost of one bottle of ACV Gummies costs $19. If you take 2-4 of the gummies per day, the cost of the supplement over a month works out pretty cheap – between $19-38 per month.

However, if you’re consuming high numbers of these gummies, such as 12 per day, this will obviously cost you a lot more money – taking 12 per day will cost you $3.84 per day, making it a costly supplement.

Overall, these gummies are incredibly easy to take since they taste pleasant, but if you take lots of them on a daily basis (which you will need to in order to consume an adequate amount of ACV), you will be spending more money than you anticipated and consuming a lot of sugar.

Pros

  • Incredibly tasty.
  • Disclosed label.
  • Fairly cheap when taking 2-4 per day.

Cons

  • Doesn’t contain sufficiently dosed ingredients.
  • Expensive if you take up to 12 per day.
  • High sugar consumption if taking up to 12 per day.

2Goli Ashwa Gummies

Goli Ashwaganda Gummies

Let’s take a look at the Goli Ashwa Gummies.

Goli claims that these gummies are the world’s most powerful ashwagandha gummies.

The ashwagandha within the gummies is USDA certified organic and non-GMO, and the gummies as a whole are vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and therefore, suitable for a wide range of people.

The gummies contain two main ingredients: KSM-66 Ashwagandha extract and Vitamin D2.

The brand has been transparent about the amount of ashwagandha and vitamin D2 within the gummies – there is 150mg of ashwagandha per gummy.

Unfortunately, the recommended dose of ashwagandha is 500mg. Therefore, one gummy isn’t going to do it!

Benefits of Ashwagandha

However, Goli recommends taking 1-2 gummies up to three times a day. Therefore, if you take three gummies a day you will be consuming 450mg of ashwagandha and if you take six gummies a day you will be consuming 900mg of it.

Therefore, you will be able to consume the recommended dose of ashwagandha if you take more than 3 gummies daily.

Although, much like the ACV gummies, the sugar content in these gummies is concerning. Each gummy contains 2g of sugar and therefore if you’re taking six gummies per day you will be consuming 12g of sugar.

This is a large amount of sugar to consume just to get the daily dose of ashwagandha.

When it comes to the cost of the gummies, one bottle costs $19.00 – the brand claims that this is a month’s worth of gummies. However, this is only true if you’re taking one gummy per day, which the brand doesn’t recommend!

Therefore, the bottle would only contain less than three weeks’ worth of gummies on three a day, or just over one week on 6 per day.

So, one tub of Ashwa Gummies actually works out more expensive than it seems if you’re going to consume enough gummies to receive the recommended dose of ashwagandha. The cost per serving for one bottle could be anywhere between $0.95 – $1.90.

Overall, although the gummies do have the ability to provide you with supplement with the recommended dose of ashwagandha if you take more than three of them daily, they are expensive and have high sugar content.

Pros

  • Pleasant taste.
  • May provide substantial dose of ashwagandha if you take more than 3 daily.
  • Disclosed label.

Cons

  • Goli isn’t transparent about the fact these gummies are expensive if more than 1 is consumed daily.
  • High sugar content.

3Goli Superfruits Gummies

Goli Superfruits Tub

Goli Superfruits Gummies were released at the beginning of 2021. These gummies contain 8 superfruit ingredients and bamboo extract.

Like other Goli gummies, these gummies are non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, free from any kind of artificial ingredients, and vegan. Therefore, they’re once again, suitable for many types of people!

However, unlike other Goli gummies, these gummies contain a proprietary blend. Therefore, it’s unclear how much of each ingredient within the Superfruit blend exists within each gummy.

Although, luckily, none of these ingredients have specific standard recommended doses and therefore it’s impossible to say whether or not these gummies will be effective in the way that the brand claims they will.

Nonetheless, most acai supplements are between 200-1500 mg, most amla berry is given between 500–1,000 mg, and goji berry is typically given in 150mg doses. Therefore, a blend of 200mg may not be effective! However, that cannot be proven.

Mixture of berries high in polyphenols

Just like the Ashwa Gummies, each Superfruits gummy contains 2g of sugar. However, with a serving size of two gummies twice a day, you will consume 8g of sugar daily by consuming these gummies – it’s still a lot of sugar, but not as much as the other gummies!

One bottle of Superfruits Gummies costs $19.00, meaning the cost per serving (if you are consuming 4 gummies per day) works out at $1.26. This also means that one bottle would last you 15 days.

Overall, although the gummies taste good, have positive reviews, and are sold at a more reasonable price point than the other gummies, the ingredients list isn’t fully disclosed and it’s unclear if the ingredients within the formula will provide real benefits.

Pros

  • Tasty.
  • Cheapest Goli gummy per serving (going off the recommended dose of 4 gummies daily).

Cons

  • Undisclosed label.
  • Still has a high sugar content, even though it’s lower than others.

4Goli Supergreens Gummies

Goli Supergreens Tub

Goli Supergreens Gummies are the latest gummies to be produced by Goli.

Like all Goli gummies, they’re vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, sweetener-free, and non-GMO.

The Supergreens Gummies contain 11 different super greens ingredients, all of which unfortunately exist within one proprietary blend. Therefore, it’s unclear how much of each ingredient exists within each gummy.

However, this is the only Goli gummy that is clearly extremely underdosed!

The Greens proprietary blend totals 127.5mg, but the recommended dose of just two ingredients within the formula, spirulina, and chlorella, totals 5g.

Best Greens Powder Supplements

Therefore, clearly, these gummies are not providing sufficiently dosed ingredients!

However, when we take a look at the recommended amounts of certain ingredients within this blend, it becomes clear just how ridiculously small and underdosed this blend is.

The only positive to these gummies are the fact that they have 0g of sugar.

One bottle of Goli Supergreens gummies costs $19 and with a serving of two gummies twice a day, the cost per serving works out at $1.26, just like the Superfruits Gummies. This also means that one bottle would last you 15 days.

Overall, although the gummies might taste better than eating greens, it’s clear that the Goli Supergreens gummies definitely do not contain an adequate amount of super greens ingredients in each gummy.

Pros

  • 0g of sugar per gummy.
  • Cheapest Goli gummy per serving alongside Superfruits Gummies (going off the recommended dose of 4 gummies daily).

Cons

  • Insufficiently dosed ingredients.
  • Contains proprietary blend.

So, Which One Comes Out On Top?

Although each type of Goli gummy is formulated differently to provide unique benefits and has its own list of pros and cons, I have to say that the Ashwa Gummies come out on top overall, in my opinion.

The Ashwa Gummies may provide a substantial dose of ashwagandha if you take more than 3 daily, they have a disclosed label, and they taste good! They do have high sugar content, but unless you go for the Supergreens gummies, so do all of the Goli gummies!

I would have said that the Superfruits Gummies are the best overall since they have slightly lower levels of sugar and they cost slightly less, but due to the fact that they don’t have a fully disclosed label, I just can’t put them on the top of the list!

However, it’s incredibly clear to me which Goli gummies are the worst.

Although they contain no sugar, the Goli Supergreens Gummies definitely do not contain sufficiently dosed ingredients and therefore they’re not going to provide the consumer with the benefits associated with these greens.

Overall, none of the Goli Gummies are outstanding, to be honest. That said, they are incredibly popular because they are easy to consume and taste so good!

However, some people swear by consuming Goli gummies and claim to benefit from them. So, it may be a personal choice whether you want to believe they work or not…

The Bottom Line – You May Be Better Choosing A Superfood Powder

Overall, if you’re looking for a supplement that’s going to provide you with a number of essential micronutrients and impressive health benefits, I would recommend looking for a powdered supplement rather than a gummy.

Although they’re popular, gummy supplements typically contain severely underdosed ingredients, have high sugar levels, and don’t contain a wide range of ingredients.

Therefore, you may be better off ditching the gummies and choosing a superfood supplement that definitely has sufficiently dosed ingredients and a fully disclosed label.
