Qualia Life Review: Ingredients, Dosages, Serving Costs

Qualia Life is a capsule supplement that is supposed to support better aging at the cellular level. It is produced by a well-known premium supplement brand, Neurohacker Collective.

The capsules are specifically formulated to regulate and boost NAD + ATP, improve sleep, reduce stress levels, boost energy levels, and more!

Qualia Life is 100% vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and non-GMO.

Neurohacker Collective is a popular premium supplement brand and therefore I’m keen to take a closer look at Qualia Life, one of the brand’s best-sellers.

What is Qualia Life?

My first impression of Neurohacker Collective is good! I’ve actually already reviewed a few Neurohacker Collective supplements before, Qualia Immune and Qualia Mind, so I know that I already like the brand!

The branding of the website clearly gets across the impression that this is a premium brand that’s heavily science-based. I like the fact that the website offers a wide range of informative content and there’s even a blog and podcast!

Looking at the Qualia Life capsules, I like the simple and sleek branding and in keeping with the rest of the brand’s website, there’s a lot of information on the page, which is great to see!

I’m definitely intrigued to take a closer look at this product!

Background on Neurohacker Collective

Neurohacker Collective was founded in 2015 by Jordan Greenhall, James Schmachtenberger, Daniel Schmachtenberger, and Venessa Hall. Together, they aim to create a world-class wellbeing company that produces scientifically developed supplements.

The company is based in California but its products are sold in over 50 countries worldwide.

Qualia Life is in the brand’s longevity line of products, but it also has cognition, immunity, energy, sleep, beauty, and vision lines.

Qualia Life Benefits

Qualia Life is specifically developed to support better aging at the cellular level.

It is supposed to regulate and boost NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, an enzyme found in every cell), and ATP (adenosine triphosphate (ATP), a molecule found in the cells).

Additionally, the brand claims that Qualia Life will also support processes and pathways in the body (not specified), restrict calories, improve sleep, reduce stress levels, boost energy levels, and promote productivity.

Qualia Life Ingredients

Qualia Life contains 24 main ingredients, with other vitamins and minerals added into the capsules too.

All of the ingredients within Qualia Life are fully disclosed on the ingredients label which means it’s easy to see if the ingredients are sufficiently dosed and therefore work out the efficacy of the formula.

However, I’ll be looking more closely at the efficacy of Qualia Life later in this review.

First, let’s take a look at the ingredient label.

Here is the complete list of the Qualia Life ingredients:

How does Qualia Life Taste?

Since Qualia Life is a capsule supplement, there’s no taste associated with it.

There are no warnings of potential side effects associated with Qualia Life and the brand doesn’t provide any information about who and who shouldn’t consume the capsules.

However, I would suggest that anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, anyone taking medication, or anyone with a medical condition, should consult a doctor before consuming Qualia Life.

Side Effects

Does Qualia Life Work?

Qualia Life has a fully disclosed ingredients label, which means it’s clear to see how much of each ingredient exists within the capsules and simple to figure out if the ingredients are sufficiently dosed.

Although not all of the ingredients within the Qualia Life formula have standard recommended doses, we can still take a look at the ones that do and see if they will be sufficiently dosed.

So, let’s do that!

There’s 250mg of L-carnitine per serving and the standard recommended dose of this ingredient is between 600–2,500 mg. Therefore, it’s insufficiently dosed.

It's clear that the ingredients in the formula that have standard recommended doses are not sufficiently dosed.

There’s 125mg of Sensoril ashwagandha extract per serving and the recommended dose of ashwagandha sits between 500mg – 600mg, meaning that again, this ingredient is not sufficiently dosed. (check out the best ashwagandha supplements here).

There’s 100mg of L-cystine per serving and the recommended dose is between 200-600mg, meaning this is also insufficiently dosed.

Finally, there’s only 40mg of pomegranate fruit extract per serving, but the recommended dose sits between 1,000-3,000mg.

Although we can only take a look at certain ingredients within the formula, it’s clear that these ones are not sufficiently dosed!

Therefore, these ingredients may not provide benefits to the consumer.

Overall, it’s not looking likely that these capsules will be as effective as the brand claims they will.

Qualia Life Reviews

Although there are reviews of Qualia Life on the Neurohacker Collective website, the product is also available on Amazon, so we can look on there to see a selection of more unbiased and honest customer reviews.

Overall, the formula scores a star rating of 4.1 stars out of 5 stars and there are 18 customer ratings in total.

So, let’s take a look at some of these reviews!

This supplement wittily redefined what aging is all about. I honestly have more vigor than certain periods of my younger days. My energy levels are spiked, my restful periods are more peaceful now and rejuvenating, and my productivity… well, let’s just say it has boosted to the point even my younger peers want to know my secret (yah, right!). My good health is in it for the long haul, as it steadily surges with no end in sight. Oh, sure, I work smarter… but this really helps my body to keep up, every step of the way!5-star review

Eight pills were just too much to swallow. I can deal with supplements that call for 3-4 at the most but eight was just a crazy amount. I'm on week three of using this supplement as directed and have not noticed and major differences nor improvements that would make the eight pills worthwhile!2-star review

I finished a bottle of this and did not notice any effects, either positive or negative. No obvious improvement to energy, sleep, or cognition. I have tried many supplements to boost mitochondrial health and NAD+ and have never noticed anything from any of them, which would suggest I am not deficient in anything. For this Qualia Life product experiment, I suspended taking my usual assortment of daily supplements, other than a multivitamin. I am in my mid-40s and I don't struggle with energy, sleep, or cognition, so I am not exactly in the target audience. If you are over 60 and struggle with low energy you are more in the target audience.2-star review

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

Neurohacker Collective offers a 100-day money-back guarantee on all of its products, including Qualia Life.

Where to buy Qualia Life?

You can buy Qualia Life from the Neurohacker Collective website or from Amazon.

Is It Worth The Price?

You can either buy Qualia Life on a one-time purchase or on a subscription option.

One bottle of Qualia Life contains 20 servings. Qualia suggests that you take the capsules for 5 days and then have 2 days off, one bottle contains a 28 day supply.

One bottle of Qualia Life costs $159 on a one-time purchase, therefore meaning the cost per serving works out at $7.95.

If you sign up for a subscription, your first bottle of Qualia Immune costs $79.50, meaning the cost per serving works out at $3.98, and the other bottles going forward cost $139, meaning the cost per serving of these bottles works out at $6.95.

These capsules are incredibly expensive and at such a high price, I don’t think these capsules are worth it! Instead, a more effective and cheaper alternative can be found with a nootropic like Mind Lab Pro.

My Final Verdict

Unfortunately, although I like the Neurohacker Collective brand, I can’t say that I’m impressed by Qualia Life.

The main issue I have with this supplement is the fact that not all of the ingredients in the capsules are sufficiently dosed and therefore they may not provide the benefits the brand claims they will.

Additionally, even though the formula doesn’t contain sufficiently dosed ingredients, it’s still sold at an extremely high price – this has to be one of the highest cost per serving supplements on the market.

Therefore, if you’re looking for a supplement that supports longevity and vitality, I would look elsewhere!

  1. taking 8 capsules of Qualia life i find a bit much as i have to swallow so much water to get these tabs down – could i not just take 4 a day? or would that defeat the objective? thanking you kindly – i am only on my first bottle and wonder if one should take a break before starting the next bottle?
