Complete Human Greens First Impressions

I like the Complete Human website! It’s fresh, modern, interesting, packed with information, and I particularly like the articles, the podcast, and even the fact that you can shop by health interest.

The Complete Human Greens formula looks great – I really like the clean, minimal, and sleek branding of the tub.

However, it would’ve been nice to have more information about the formula on the product page.

Background on Complete Human

Complete Human was founded by Evan DeMarco and Janna Breslin in 2019.

The brand aims to fix the way that the world addresses health, with an aim to provide socially responsible products to consumers directly, with eco-friendly packaging and ethically sourced ingredients.

The Complete Human Greens formula is one of the brand’s most popular supplements, alongside the Res-Beet, L-Glutamine, and PRM Response supplements. The company also produces cryotherapy tubs and other wellness products.

The company has also just launched a fully integrated health and wellness platform – Complete Human Sport. So, it’ll be exciting to see how that unfolds!

Complete Human Greens Benefits

Complete Human actually doesn’t provide a lot of information about the benefits associated with the formula.

The brand simply claims that the formula supports overall health and wellbeing, boosts energy levels, and boosts immunity.

For a formula that contains so many potent ingredients, it’s unclear why the brand doesn’t provide more information about the benefits of the formula!

Complete Human Greens Ingredients

Complete Human Greens contains 77 main ingredients.

Unfortunately, all of these ingredients, apart from one, exist in proprietary blends.

Therefore, it’s unclear how much of each ingredient exists within the formula. This makes it incredibly difficult to work out the efficacy of the formula.

However, more on that later! First of all, let’s take a look at the ingredients list.

Here is the complete list of the Complete Human Greens ingredients:

How does Complete Human Greens Taste?

Complete Human Greens are Green Apple flavored. It’s flavored naturally and sweetened with organic sugar and stevia extract.

Most consumers enjoy the taste of the formula, and with so much sugar per serving, it’s clear why! However, some consumers think the formula is hard to drink and hard to mix.

Side Effects

There are no side effects associated with the Complete Human Greens formula

However, I would suggest that if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or you have a medical condition, you should also consult a doctor before consuming this formula.

Does Complete Human Greens Work?

Unfortunately, all of the ingredients within the Complete Human Greens formula exist within proprietary blends.

Therefore, it’s unclear how much of each ingredient exists within the formula.

However, we can come to an informed conclusion of whether or not the Complete Human Greens formula is sufficiently dosed by looking at the combined recommended doses of the ingredients within each blend and the total amount of the blend. Then, we will see if the blends have the potential to contain sufficiently dosed ingredients.

So, let’s do just that!

The Organics Greens, Grass, and Fruits Blend total 3g, but since the combined recommended dose of just wheatgrass, spirulina, and chlorella is 5g, it’s clear that not all of the ingredients within this blend are sufficiently dosed.

It’s clear that not all of these ingredients are not sufficiently dosed and the formula contains a lot of sugar per serving!

The Organic Immuno Antioxidant Blend totals 2.5g, and since the combined recommended dose of maca root, green tea, and ginseng totals 3.45g, it’s clear that not all of these ingredients are sufficiently dosed.

In fact, maca root has a recommended dose of 3g, so this is definitely not sufficiently dosed!

However, this also means that the other ingredients maybe, depending on how much of each ingredient the brand has actually added into this blend.

The Organic All In Detox Blend totals 250mg and since the recommended dose of ginger root and ashwagandha totals 1g, these ingredients are also clearly not sufficiently dosed.

Additionally, the formula contains 3g of sugar per 11.4g serving.

Overall, it’s clear that not all of these ingredients are not sufficiently dosed and the formula contains a lot of sugar per serving!

Complete Human Greens Reviews

Complete Human Greens are available on Amazon and has more reviews on there than on the Complete Humans website.

Therefore, we can take a look on there to see a selection of honest and unbiased customer reviews!

The formula has 78 customer ratings and scores an overall rating of 4.5 stars out of 5 stars.

So, let’s take a look at some of these reviews!

This product has added so much to my life! I have so much energy and vitality. Regularity. It helps me with my workouts and recovery. Overall health. Thank you for making such beautiful crafted product. I’m on my 3rd tub. I will be back for more and more.5-star review

I wanted to love these greens but I don’t. They don’t dissolve very easily and are very chalky tasting. I do like the berry flavor but I won’t be ordering them again.3-star review

I tried for a solid month and never felt any difference and the sour apple flavor was so hard to drink for me.1-star review

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

Where to buy Complete Human Greens?

You can buy Complete Human Greens from the Complete Human website and from Amazon.

Is It Worth The Price?

One tub of Complete Human Greens contains 30 servings of formula.

You can either buy the formula on a one-time purchase or you can purchase it on a subscription option.

On a one-time purchase, one tub of Complete Human Greens costs $39.99, meaning the cost per serving works out at $1.33.

On a subscription, one tub of Complete Human Greens costs $35.99, meaning the cost per serving works out at $1.20.

Since not all of the ingredients within Complete Human Greens are sufficiently dosed and each serving contains 3g of sugar, I don’t think the formula is worth the price that it’s sold at, even if it is reasonably inexpensive.

My Final Verdict

Although I really like the Complete Human brand, I’m not too keen on the Complete Human Greens formula.

Unfortunately, I don’t like the fact that the formula doesn’t have a fully disclosed label, most likely doesn’t contain sufficiently dosed ingredients, and contains 3g of sugar per serving.

In my opinion, although the Complete Human Greens formula looks great and the brand is impressive, there are better super greens formulas on the market – ones that have fully disclosed labels, contain sufficiently dosed ingredients, and don’t contain as much sugar.
