The Klean Athlete website is clean, informative, and sleek. Although the website isn’t incredibly eye-catching or exciting, it has a sharp, clinical aesthetic that looks trustworthy and credible.
However, I really do like the integration of Youtube videos onto the blog, as well as all of the informative content about nutrition and health on there.
Looking at Klean Probiotic, although the branding is attractive, there’s a real lack of information about the product.
This is really disappointing as it doesn’t give information about the benefits associated with the formula in great detail, or give insight into the product’s ingredients.

Nonetheless, the brand claims that Klean Probiotic will help to balance bacteria in the gut, support nutrient absorption, boost the immune system, and support the overall health of the digestive system.

Klean Probiotic contains a wide range of probiotics, as well as a small digestive enzyme blend.
The CFU (colony-forming unit) of each type of probiotic is clearly shown on the ingredients label, which makes it simple and easy to work out the efficacy of the formula!

How does Klean Probiotic Taste?
Due to the fact that Klean Probiotic is a capsule supplement, there is no taste associated with the supplement.
Side Effects
Klean Probiotic doesn’t provide any warning about the Klean Probiotic capsules.
I would suggest that the capsules should be only consumed by adults, and anyone who is on medication, anyone who has a medical condition, or anyone who is pregnant or nursing a baby, should consult a health care practitioner prior to taking it.
Does Klean Probiotic Work?
All of the probiotics within the Klean Probiotic formula are individually shown and the amounts of each are fully disclosed, which is great to see and makes it incredibly easy to work out the efficacy of the formula.
For example, overall, the probiotics within the formula reach 15 billion CFU, and a recommended dose is 10-15 billion CFU. Therefore, the probiotics within this formula hit the recommended daily dose!
The only two ingredients in the formula that aren’t fully disclosed are the fructooligosaccharides and Slippery Elm Bark, existing in a digestive blend that weighs 210mg.
Although there are no standard recommended doses for either of these ingredients, my only concern is that overusing fructooligosaccharides can occasionally lead to gas, bloating, and digestive issues.
However, overall, the formula’s ingredients label is pretty much transparent and it’s great to see that the probiotics are sufficiently dosed!
