Navitas Superfood Greens is a super greens powder that contains just three main ingredients – kale, moringa, and wheatgrass.
The formula is USDA-certified organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and non-GMO.
Navitas Organics is also B-Corp certified, meaning it regards ethics, morals, and the environment highly!
Navitas Superfood Greens is a popular super greens formula on the market, and since the formula contains just three ingredients, I’m keen to take a closer look at it and see if it actually provides benefits to the consumer.

Navitas Superfood Greens First Impressions
The Navitas Organics website is bright, energetic, and packed with information. I specifically like the fact that the website has an engaging, informative, and genuinely interesting blog.
Navitas Superfood Greens seems like an intriguing greens formula on first impression, but I’m a little concerned about the fact that the powder only contains 3 ingredients in total.
However, I won’t judge it too quickly – I’m excited to take a closer look and learn more about it!

Background on Navitas Organics
Navitas Organics was founded in 2003 by Zach Adelman. The brand produces natural, organic supplements that are supposed to provide both nutritional and medicinal benefits to the consumer.
The brand collaborates with a small farmer cooperative in the Peruvian Andes in making a large majority of its supplements and it’s B-Corp certified, meaning it prioritizes ethical morals and the environment.
Navitas Superfood Greens Benefits
The Navitas Superfood Greens formula is supposed to push toxins from the body, help balance pH levels, reduce stress levels, and elevate oxygen levels.
The brand also provides information about the benefits of each ingredient within the formula. For example, “Kale: Great for everyday detox support, it’s rich in cleansing nutrients including fiber, chlorophyll, and vitamin B12.”
Navitas Superfood Greens Ingredients
Navitas Superfood Greens only contains 3 ingredients in total. There’s absolutely no information about the amounts of each ingredient within the formula, meaning it’s hard to work out the efficacy of the formula.
However, later in this review, we’ll take a look at the efficacy of the formula in more detail.
First, let’s take a look at the ingredients label.
Here is the complete list of the Navitas Superfood Greens ingredients:
- Kale Powder, Wheatgrass Juice Powder, Moringa Powder.
Here is the supplement label:
How does Navitas Superfood Greens Taste?
Navitas Superfood Greens is unflavored and unsweetened, meaning it tastes pungent and natural!
Most of the customer reviews concerning the taste of the formula are negative. Some customers say that they can’t actually stand the taste of the formula and have had to stop consuming it because of that.
Side Effects
There are no side effects associated with the Navitas Superfood Greens formula.
However, I would suggest that if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a medical condition, you should consult a doctor before consuming the formula.
Does Navitas Superfood Greens Work?
Unfortunately, the Navitas Superfood Greens website doesn’t provide any information about the amounts of the ingredients within the formula.
Therefore, it’s completely unclear how much of each ingredient exists within the formula.
This makes it incredibly difficult to work out the efficacy of the formula.
However, we can take a look at the serving size of the formula and compare it with the combined recommended doses of the ingredients within it.
The serving size of the formula is 6g. Although kale powder doesn’t have a standard recommended dose, moringa and wheatgrass do.
The recommended dose of moringa is 1.5g and the recommended dose of wheatgrass is 3g. Therefore, the powder has the potential to be sufficiently dosed.
However, it’s definitely still not ideal that the formula’s ingredients label is not fully disclosed!
Navitas Superfood Greens Reviews
Although there are reviews of Superfood Greens formula on the Navitas Organics website, there are only 20 reviews and they may be biased.
However, there are more than 300 customer reviews of the formula on the product’s Amazon listing. So, we can take a look on there to see unbiased, honest customer reviews.
The Navitas Superfood Greens formula has 355 customer ratings and scores an overall rating of 4.5 stars out of 5 stars.
In the majority of the reviews, even the most positive ones, customers claim that the formula tastes extremely unpleasant.
So, let’s take a look at some of these reviews!
I ordered this product based on my doctor's recommendation (highly recommended, I might add). We make a smoothie daily and even add other supplements to it. It does taste awful, but, following the suggestion on the package, we mixed it with pineapple juice. that did the trick. now i can enjoy the benefits of both the juice and the moringa that i am looking for. Thanks, Doc!5-star review
As a recreational fitness nut I have tried many greens powders. This one I'm sure is very healthy but it just tastes awful. I've mixed it with vanilla protein, chocolate protein, peanut butter… And I can still taste the “greens “.3-star review
I tried. I even plugged my nose and hoped for the best. I threw up on impulse. Not Amazon’s fault, I’ll just give them to someone who will use them, Bc it won’t be me! Lol.1-star review

Where to buy Navitas Superfood Greens?
You can buy Navitas Superfood Greens from the Navitas Organics website and from Amazon.
Is It Worth The Price?
One tub of Navitas Superfood Greens contains 30 servings of formula.
Unlike other brands that offer discounted subscription options, there’s only one price that you can buy this formula for.
One tub of Navitas Superfood Greens costs $14.99, meaning the cost per serving works out at $0.50.
Although the formula only contains three green ingredients and doesn’t have a fully disclosed ingredients label, the ingredients within the formula do have the ability to be sufficiently dosed.
Therefore, since it’s sold so cheaply, I do think it’s worth the price that it’s sold for.
My Final Verdict
Although I would typically not recommend a super greens formula that doesn’t have a fully disclosed ingredients label, I have to say that for those who are on a budget, this could be a great formula.
Even though the ingredients label is not disclosed, the ingredients definitely have the potential to be sufficiently dosed.
So, at a cost per serving of $0.50, it could be a good choice!
However, obviously, it goes without saying that if you have a slightly larger budget, you should choose a super greens formula that has a fully disclosed ingredients label and definitely contains sufficiently dosed ingredients.
LifeHacker Guy Greens Recommendation
Some Call This An "Extreme" Step...
Most super greens supplements are disappointing.
I learned this the hard way. After creating this blog in 2018, I spent months buying and testing all the most popular brands.
I wasn’t happy with the results so I did something you might call "extreme"....
In 2019 I created my own brand that ticks every single box of what I look for in a super greens product:
- No hidden ingredient amounts - we have full disclosure labelling, so you know EXACTLY whats inside
- Ingredient amounts that make a difference - we include the minimum effective amounts supported by research, and most of the time, MORE
- Ingredients that help immunity, boost mental clarity and shake off brain fog - making for a much more productive and happy lifestyle
No more worrying about ineffective ingredients or too low dosages. I finally have a product I KNOW does the job it’s made to do.
I use it every day and, after years of battling Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), I now have my energy (and my life!) back.
The good news? I made my brand available to the public so you can see and feel the difference for yourself.
