  1. Hello Adam, I’m very impressed with your diligence to help people to determine legit products from scam products. Your life history is pretty impressive too.
I’m constantly surfing the website looking for the right products for my needs. I too suffer with CHF along with gut issues, major inflammation and IBS(diarrhea/constipation. I believe these issues come under the umbrella of fibromyalgia which I have suffered since my early 20’s or even earlier. I am now 68 and I’m so ready to ditch all chemical drugs and get my body in good health. I’ve prayed to God to give me a long life to be able to see both my grandkids graduate and marry if that is in their future. I’m looking forward to being a great grandma(Neenah as that is their name given to me) I want to be active with them in their life journey and not old and decrepit. My life history has been lived in very dysfunctional situations but have managed to fill in with playing if tennis tournaments, working out in the gym, regimented dancing such as waltz, Foxtrot, East and west coast swing, salsa, … I left Tennis and the gym in the past but I intend on keeping up the dance steps. I’ve been out of the groove due to a broke bone in left foot and I do see dancing back in my future.
Now all I need is an affordable good quality products to get me to a healthy life style. Is your product the source I’m looking for to get me there? I’m seriously looking a Dr. Livinggood’s products.
I hope my long comment hasn’t bored you to death or overwhelmed you. Just thought you needed a little rundown on myself. Hope to get a response. God Bless you and your endeavors to help people!

    1. Hey Kathy,
Thanks for your comment and the longer the better!
I have been watching “Blue zones” on netflix and the answer really does seem to be keeping active, whatever that means to you. For me, I can’t do triathlons anymore but I can do indoor climbing, a little swimming, and walking with my family up the local hillside.
In terms of nutrition, I very much follow a plant slant diet although I must confess not much fruit.
I worked with a nutrition manufacturing team in the US to produce Supergreen Tonik to supplement my diet to ensure I get veggies every day and help towards diversity recommended every day. I also have nutrients that are not easily found in day to day supermarkets, such as Ashwagandha and Rhodiola that show evidence for reducing stress and better sleep.
The supplement isn’t cheap though because the ingredients are not cheap and in the recommended clinical dosages. But there are options for saving money depending on your budget.
      Adam
