Rebalance Super Greens review

Rebalance Super Greens Review

Rebalance Super Greens formula is a superfood formula containing grasses, probiotics, and enzymes, produced by the well-known fitness brand, FNX Fitness. The formula is supposed to increase nutritional intake, as well as boost the immune system, support energy levels, and promote detox.

I’m keen to take a closer look at this formula, as the FNX Fitness brand is a well-known fitness supplement and gear supplier, so it’s going to be interesting to see if the brand can produce a high-quality superfood supplement too.

Are you wanting to purchase the Rebalance Super Greens formula soon and want to check out a comprehensive view of it first, or are you a Lifehacker Guy reader keen to take a closer look at a new super greens formula too? Either way, take a look at my full Rebalance Super Greens review below.

What is Rebalance Super Greens?

As soon as you head onto the FNX Fitness website, it’s immediately obvious that the brand is primarily a fitness brand – there are images of super ripped people everywhere, as well as lots of different types of protein, pre-workout, and recovery formulas advertised.

So, immediately I’m a little dubious about the quality of the super greens formula, as normally, fitness brands don’t tend to produce the best health supplements. Nonetheless, the super greens formula is highlighted as a best seller, so maybe there is hope!

The Rebalance Super Greens formula is branded nicely and the product page is professionally laid out which is pleasing. However, there’s a real lack of information about the formula, which is a shame.

It would be nice to see more information about the ingredients within the formula, some information about the benefits of the formula, who the formula is suitable for, etc, etc! There’s just not enough information on here in my personal opinion.

Overall, I think the brand looks impressive, but I just wish there were more information and transparency surrounding the greens formula – it’s going to be interesting to take a closer look at it.

Background on FNX Fitness

FNX Fitness was founded in 2017 by Skyler Farnes and is based in Utah. The brand, as the name suggests, is a fitness brand. The brand produces supplements designed to improve health and wellbeing and garments for both men and women.

The majority of the supplements that the brand produces are formulated to benefit physical performance, enhance muscle growth and repair, and increase protein intake. So, the Rebalance Super Greens formula is the ‘odd-one-out’ on the brand’s site.

However, it is actually one of the brand’s bestselling products, as mentioned above, which is impressive.

Benefits

There’s not a lot of information about the Rebalance Super Greens formula provided by FNX Fitness. However, the brand does state that the formula should help provide essential vitamins and minerals needed for optimum daily health.

In addition, the brand claims that the grasses in the formula will push toxins from the body, increase energy, and help with healthy aging.

The digestive enzymes in the blend are obviously also linked to better digestion and improved gut health.

Rebalance Super Greens Ingredients

There are over 25 ingredients in the Rebalance Super Greens formula, and unfortunately, all of them exist within proprietary blends.

Proprietary blends make it impossible to know exactly how much of each ingredient actually resides in the formula, therefore making it impossible to know how much of what you are actually consuming and whether the formula will actually work or not.

However, I’ll be looking into the efficacy of this formula in a lot more detail later on.

First, let’s take a look at the ingredients list.

Here is the complete list of ingredients:

  • Raw & Organic Greens Juice Blend (3g) – Barley Grass Juice Powder, Alfalfa Grass Juice Powder, Kamut Grass Juice Powder, Oat Grass Juice Powder, Wheatgrass Juice Powder
  • Digestion & Gut Health Blend (2B CFU) – Bacillus Subtilis HU58, Bacillus Coagulans HC
  • 17 Strain Digestive Enzyme Blend (150mg) – Amylase, Protease SP, Protease 2, Acid Stable Protease, Bromelain, Papain, Invertase, Maltase, Cellulase, Beta-Glucanase, Captalase, Alpha Galacto, Hemicellulase, Xylanase, Pectinase, Phytase, Lipase, Lactase
  • OmniMinAC Trace Minerals (250mg)
  • Other Ingredients – Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural Flavor, Sucralose

Here is the supplement facts label:

How does it Taste?

There are three different flavors of Rebalance Super Greens – Tropical Blast, Unicorn Punch, and Strawberry Dragon fruit. The formula is flavored using natural flavorings and sweetened using sucralose.

Sucralose is an artificial sweetener, which is a huge no-no in my eyes.

However, most of the reviews regarding the formula’s taste are positive, with only a small portion of people claiming that the formula either still tasted grassy, or tasted overly sweet.

Side Effects

There’s a lack of information on the FNX Fitness website when it comes to who this formula is suitable for, and there are no warnings.

I would suggest that if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition, or taking medication, you should consult your doctor first before consuming this formula, or any new supplement for that matter.

Does Rebalance Super Greens Work?

Unfortunately, Rebalance Super Greens contains proprietary blends, as mentioned briefly above.

Proprietary blends are a nightmare when it comes to trying to find out the efficacy of a formula, simply because there’s no information about the amount of each ingredient within the formula. Instead, all we have to work with is the weight of a blend that contains multiple ingredients.

Looking at the Raw & Organic Greens Juice Blend that weighs 3g, it’s immediately apparent to me that wheatgrass (one of the five ingredients in the formula) has a recommended daily dose of 3g. Therefore, it’s very unlikely that the ingredients within this blend are sufficiently dosed!

It also majorly concerns me that the recommended serving size is so small (at 4.2g). This also supports the fact that the formula most likely isn’t sufficiently dosed.

Overall, it’s impossible to know for sure if the ingredients within the formula are sufficiently dosed and whether the formula will actually work and provide the benefits that the brand states it will due to the use of proprietary blends. It may work, but it may not!

As I mentioned briefly above, Supa Mega Greens doesn’t have a fully disclosed ingredients label. In fact, there’s absolutely no information about the amounts of each ingredient within the formula.

Instead, there’s just a list of ingredients and a recommended serving size of 5g. This is an incredibly small serving size! A good serving size for a super greens formula typically sits between 10-12g.

This means that as consumers since we have a lack of information about the amounts of the ingredients within the formula, we’re unaware of whether the formula will actually work or not.

However, we can take a look to see if any of the ingredients have standard recommended daily doses and whether the very small serving size of 5g would actually be able to hold these ingredients if they were sufficiently dosed.

Spirulina, wheatgrass, and chlorella in the formula all have daily recommended doses, and a combination of these recommended doses (the minimum of the doses) equals 6g.

So, these ingredients aren’t going to be sufficiently dosed in a 5g serving!

Rebalance Super Greens Reviews

Rebalance Super Greens is sold on Amazon, and therefore we can take a look on there to see unbiased customer feedback!
The formula has 230 customer reviews and the overall rating of the product is 4.8 stars out of 5 stars, which is very impressive.

So, let’s take a look at a selection of these reviews to see what people think.

I am so pumped that there is finally a healthy and beneficial greens supplement that actually tastes GOOD. I would only do a greens supplement every now and then because I didn't want to have to choke it down. I can actually SIP on this and even look forward to drinking it in the morning. I love it when a company that does good has even better products. I definitely would recommend this to anyone that struggles to get their dark greens in their diet as I do. Extra energy here I come!5-star review

I can definitely see why a lot of people would love this product, I too really enjoyed it, I just can’t get past the price. I think FNX makes quality stuff and this is no exception, it’s delicious and beneficial.4-star review

The product is honestly really good, however, the customer service is terrible and they buy good reviews from their ambassadors.1-star review

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

FNX offers a 30-day, no-hassle, money-back guarantee, with the brand stating that;

for any reason, within 30 days from date of purchase, you are not completely satisfied with your order we will refund the purchase price.

Where to buy?

You can by Rebalance Super Greens from the FNX Fitness website, Amazon, and online third-party supplement retailers.

Is It Worth The Price?

One tub of Rebalance Super Greens contains 30 servings and costs $54.99. This means that the cost per serving works out at $1.83.

The brand offers a subscription option with a 10% saving, meaning that one tub costs $49.49 and the cost per serving is $1.65.

Since the formula contains proprietary blends, doesn’t contain a wide range of greens, and has a small serving size, I would say that it’s overpriced. This is a fairly expensive cost per serving, with other formulas on the market at this price normally having an extensive list of ingredients and fully disclosed ingredients labels.

The Bottom Line

Although FNX Fitness is a popular fitness brand that produces an array of impressive supplements, I feel that the brand has missed the mark with Rebalance Super Greens.

Unfortunately, the formula doesn’t contain enough super greens in my personal opinion, nor does it have a fully disclosed label, and it’s also expensive. On top of that, it contains an artificial sweetener, which takes away the ‘natural’ element that a super greens formula is supposed to have.

At a similar price point, you can buy a super greens formula with a fully disclosed label and a wide range of potent ingredients, so, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a greens powder.
