What Is Rheal Clean Greens?

Clean Greens is a greens powder supplement made by Rheal, a company based in the UK.

Formerly known as “SuperU Clean Greens”, Rheal Clean Greens is a daily supergreens supplement containing 7 nutritious superfoods that aims to support wellness and health for all who take it.

Rheal Clean Greens is organic, gluten free, and 100% plant based.

One thing that is lacking from the Rheal Clean Greens page is the benefits associated with the product. This is highly unusual for a greens powder product page, or a page selling supplements in general.

Based on this lack of clarity, we can only assume that the benefits of taking Rheal Clean Greens are meant to be similar to other greens powders.

Typical benefits include:

  • Healthy Blood Pressure
  • Immune System Support
  • Chronic Disease Prevention
  • Eye Health
  • Cognitive Health
  • Energy Boosting

Not only does Rheal Clean Greens aim to assist its customers with their health, they also are supporting the environment.

With every order, they, along with their partner Ecologi, plant a tree on the customer’s behalf, with the ultimate goals to rebuild areas that were previously affected by deforestation and to reduce the carbon in the atmosphere.

As of now they have planted over 80,000 trees.

Background On Rheal Clean Greens

Rheal Clean Greens is made by Rheal Superfoods, which was founded by Charlotte Bailey and Sean Ali when Charlotte was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease – an autoimmune condition that is only manageable when following a strict, gluten-free diet.

Working on a solution, Charlotte and Sean discovered the powers of superfoods.

After realizing how superfoods improved both Charlotte’s health and Seans, they set out to “make the power of superfoods accessible for everyone”.

In 2021, the two took to television to pitch their company to the “dragons” on Dragon’s Den, a spinoff of the American show Shark Tank, aired on BBC.

While on the show, they made a deal with the Dragons, Tej Lalvani and Peter Jones, that both parties did walk away from, Charlotte and Sean ended up starting a crowdfunding campaign that saw them raise over 1 million pounds.

After their crowdfunding success, they ended up securing another deal with Tej Lalvani which led them to Rheal Superfoods, causing them to leave behind their previous brand “SuperU”. (Source)

Other Rheal Superfood products include Shroom Coffee and Berry Beauty.

They even have Balance Tonic, a blend that is specifically created for women.

Rheal Clean Greens, like other supplements, work differently for each person.

Rheal Clean Greens Customer Reviews

Overall, Rheal Clean Greens customer reviews are positive.

Reviews include:

“I’m buying more of this product. Gives me more energy. – Lisa J.

I have been taking the clean greens for around 3 weeks now and it has made such a difference – not only to my energy levels but also my skin – I have even received comments from people saying they’ve noticed a change and how I look good! Try it you won’t regret it. – Jordan L.

One major detractor from the feedback seems to be the taste.

Here’s what one customer had to say about the flavor of Rheal Clean Greens:

…I really struggled with the taste as it was horrible so ploughed in as ‘no pain no gain’… – Marie N.

Rheal Clean Greens claims the taste is:

neutral and earthy with a hint of fruity sweetness

Benefits of greens powders

The cost of Rheal Clean Greens depends on how you purchase the product.

Not uncommon in the greens powder and supplement space, you can buy Rheal Clean Greens as a one time purchase, or subscribe to monthly shipments.

A one time purchase is either $35 or £25.

If you choose to subscribe, the cost for each container is either $29.75 or £21.25.

Not only that but you also get free shipping with your subscription.

If you are looking for even more savings, you can sign up for their emails and texts and get 15% off your next order.

My Verdict: Rheal Clean Greens

While the mission and the drive behind Rheal Clean Greens is a good one, and it is extremely popular in the UK, my verdict is that it is an underwhelming product.

While the price is extremely good for the industry, it fails to provide proper doses of the listed ingredients to make a difference in the consumer’s health.

If you are looking for a great greens powder that will actually make a difference you can try other options, including AG1 or Supergreen Tonik. For more information you can check out my tonik review.

If these still don’t seem right, there are even more alternatives to AG1.
