Looking at the BIOHM Organic Greens formula, my first impressions are positive.
The branding of the tub is aligned with the company, but catches your eye and stands out at the same time. The wide range of ingredients also looks promising.

Background on BIOHM Health
BIOHM Health was founded by Afif Ghannoum and Dr. Mahmoud Ghannoum in 2016 after Dr. Ghannoum’s work on the microbiome of the gut found that bad bacteria and fungus create digestive plaque and upset the digestive system.

How does BIOHM Organic Greens Taste?
BIOHM Organic Greens is naturally flavored and sweetened with monk fruit extract.
Although some customers claimed that they’re fans of the taste of the formula, most people aren’t so keen, with the general consensus being that it’s chalky, potent, and hard to dissolve.
Side Effects
BIOHM does not warn about any potential side effects associated with the Organic Greens formula.
However, it does suggest those who are taking medication, those with medical conditions, and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a doctor before consumption.
The formula should also only be consumed by those over 18 years old.
Does BIOHM Organic Greens Work?
All of the ingredients within the BIOHM Organic Greens formula exist within proprietary blends, which therefore makes it incredibly difficult to work out the efficacy of the formula since it’s impossible to know how much of each ingredient exists within the blend.
However, we can take a look at the amounts of each blend and the combined recommended dose of the ingredients within them, to come to a decision on whether the formula will be effective or not.
For example, the Super Greens Blend totals 3970mg, but the combined recommended dose of the wheatgrass, spirulina and chlorella (only three of the ingredients within the formula!) totals 6g.
Therefore means this blend is underdosed.
The Super Foods Blend totals 1520mg, and the recommended doses of just four of the ingredients, ashwagandha, grape seed extract, lion’s mane mushroom, and reishi mushroom, total 1,900mg.
Therefore, it’s once again clear that this blend also contains insufficiently dosed ingredients.
However, the probiotics within the formula may provide benefits, and seeing as the brand only really states that this formula will improve good health, it could be said that this formula is effective in the way that the brand promotes it to be.

Although there are reviews about the Organic Greens formula on the BIOHM website, they may be biased towards the brand.
Therefore, since the BIOHM Organic Greens formula is available on Amazon, I will take a look on there to see a more unbiased selection of customer reviews.

This is by far the best greens powder I’ve used. The taste is excellent, the nutritional values are right on, especially for someone on a keto diet, and it mixes with water well, i.e., minimal clumps. The price is somewhat high, but overall it is absolutely worth it. 5-star review

BIOHM Super Greens Verdict
My final verdict for this formula is completely mixed, meaning I’ve drawn two conclusions about it.
If you are looking for a probiotic powder, this could certainly be a useful formula, especially seeing as it’s cheap and has good reviews in terms of supporting the digestive system.
However, if you are looking to benefit from both probiotics and super greens/fruit/herbal extracts, I would recommend looking elsewhere since a large number of the ingredients within this formula are insufficiently dosed.
Instead, I’d recommend you to purchase a formula that has a fully disclosed ingredients label, contains sufficiently dosed ingredients, and is definitely going to provide you with benefits.
