Best known for their ability to lower blood pressure and better your athletic performance, beets are a great source of energy.

One company that is making beet powder supplements is Live It Up.

Enso is a relatively new supplement company founded in 2020 and recently rebranded to “Live It Up”, but they offer many types of supplements, but now focus on their Super Greens, Golden Hour (Golden Milk late), and Reds beets brands.

Claiming to increase your performance, heart health, and brain health, the benefits align with those from beets themselves.

Background of Enso Superfood (now called Live It Up)

Founded in 2020 Haim Nigri and Andrew Beltran, Enso is a new supplement company compared to its competition.

In addition to their new supplement company, the brothers also own Original Grain, a watch company out of San Diego.

While their Power Beets formula is not their top seller in comparison to their Enso Super Greens Powder, it is gaining traction.

Live It Up Feel The Beets Ingredients

Similar to most supplement powders, the ingredients are listed but are not listed out in amounts due to using a “proprietary blend”.

This can make it hard for you to know exactly what you are getting.

This can be extremely challenging if you are taking other supplements and need to know exactly what you are getting.

Even though Live It Up has organic and lab-tested pure ingredients, not knowing what you are getting is not helpful for making serious health decisions.

The listed ingredients for their Power Beets Powder include: blend of beetroot juice powder, Peak O2, reishi, king trumpet, shiitake, lion’s mane, turkey tail, KSM-66 ashwagandha extract, ElevATP, CognatiQ whole coffee fruit extract, bacopa extract, gingko biloba leaf extract, maca powder, pomegranate seed powder, lemon juice powder.

As you can see, there are quite a few trademarked ingredients in this list, which can also make it hard for you to know exactly what you are getting.

One issue with getting Beet Powder is the quantity of ingredients present.

Depending on what other supplements you are taking, a single scoop of Feel The Beet powder might not be enough.

The recommended daily dose is between 3,500 and 7,000 mg.

One scoop of Feel the Beets will get you about 5,000 mg (depending on the composition of the blend) which is not enough for some consumers.

Enso Is New And Unproven

Despite great reviews for Live It Up products, because they are so new, they only have 11 total reviews.

With this, it is harder to prove efficacy than a more established brand.

Frankly, there is not enough information out there to do a real comparison with Feel the Beet versus the tested alternatives.

Live Up Up Beets Side Effects

While there are not well documented side effect associated, that doesn’t mean that you should just jump headfirst into taking this supplement if you have other conditions that would be affected.

For example, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or other supplements, or have a medical condition, it is always a good idea to check with your physician before taking this supplement.

Does Live It Up Beets Supplement Work?

So now the million dollar question: does it work?

This is a hard question for supplements where you cannot identify what exactly is in it.

Based on the ingredients we do know, we can safely say that you will get some benefits from the beets contained.

However, you will want to be cognisant of exactly how much you are consuming when trying to determine how you are benefitting from the benefits of the listed ingredients.
