Shroom Tech Greens is a new and already popular supplement by Onnit, and therefore I’m really keen to take a look at the formula to see if it really can provide the consumer with benefits.

What is Shroom Tech Greens?
I’ve reviewed a number of Onnit supplements in the past, and I really do like the Onnit brand. The website is sleek, professional, appealing, and incredibly informative.
Like all other Onnit products, Shroom Tech Greens looks enticing and interesting. I like the branding of the product – it’s bold yet simple and attractive, like other Onnit products.
I have a good first impression of the formula and therefore I’m excited to take a much closer look at the formula.

Onnit was by fitness enthusiast and marketing executive, Aubery Marcus, in 2010.
Since then, Onnit has become one of the biggest names in the supplement industry worldwide.
The brand takes a 360-degree ethos when it comes to health and wellbeing, focusing on physical performance, mental performance, and emotional well-being at the same time.
Onnit’s other best-seller list features the different variations of Shroom Tech, as well as Alpha Brain, and New Mood.
Shroom Tech Greens Benefits
Shroom Tech Greens is supposed to boost the immune system, support cellular integrity, improve endurance levels, and provide as much nutritional value as one serving of organic vegetables.
In addition, Onnit provides information about the benefits of specific ingredients within the formula.
For example, “Kale is chock full of vitamins and antioxidants – soldiers in the body’s fight to resist cellular damage”.

The Shroom Tech Greens formula contains 15 individual ingredients in total, with all of them existing in proprietary blends.
However, all of the ingredients exist within one proprietary blend. Therefore, it’s unknown how much of each ingredient exists within the formula.
This makes it extremely difficult to work out the efficacy of the formula, but, we’ll take a look at the efficacy later on in this review!

How does Shroom Tech Greens Taste?
Shroom Tech Greens is not flavored or sweetened. Therefore, it may be a little too pungent for some.
Onnit does provide recipe ideas for the formula on the product page – maybe they know it doesn't taste great!
Side Effects
There are no warnings associated with the formula and the brand doesn’t state who and who shouldn’t consume the formula.
I would also suggest that anyone who is pregnant, nursing, under 18, on medication, or with a medical condition should consult a doctor before consuming this formula.
Does Shroom Tech Greens Work?
The Shroom Tech Greens contains 15 in total. All of these ingredients exist within two proprietary blends.
Since proprietary blends have been used in the formula, it’s unclear how much of each ingredient is within the formula.
Although the fact that the label is not disclosed makes it difficult to figure out the efficacy of the formula, we can take a look at the total amount of each blend and compare this to the combined recommended dose of the ingredients within them.
So, let’s take a look!
The Onnit Organic Greens Blend totals 2.6g. Unfortunately, the combined recommended dose of spirulina and chlorella alone total 5g.
Therefore, although other ingredients in the blend may be substantially dosed, these two ingredients definitely cannot be.
The PeakO2 Organic Mushroom Blend totals 2g. The combined recommended dose of reishi, shiitake, and turkey tail mushroom totals 4g.
Therefore, not all of the mushrooms within this blend are sufficiently dosed either.
Therefore, the benefits associated with this formula may not actually occur.

Although other versions of the Onnit Shroom Tech products are available on Amazon, Shroom Tech Greens is not. Therefore, we cannot take a look at reviews of the formula on there.
Instead, we will have to look at the reviews of the formula on the Onnit website.
It’s important to bear in mind when looking at these reviews that since they are the reviews on the Onnit website, they could be biased.

Onnit doesn’t offer a standard money-back guarantee. Instead, the company asks that you try out the product for at least two weeks to see if you benefit from it.
If you’re still not happy with it after this amount of time, you may qualify for a refund but you do not need to return the product.
The “Keep-It” guarantee is redeemable for only a first-time purchase and lasts 90-days from the purchase date.

Is It Worth The Price?
Shroom Tech Greens is sold in single packets, with each container holding 30 servings.
You can either purchase one container on a one-time purchase or on a subscription option.
One container of Shroom Tech Greens on a one-time purchase costs $59.95, meaning the cost per serving works out at $2.00.
One tub of Shroom Tech Greens on a subscription option costs $50.96, meaning the cost per serving works out at $1.70.
Although the formula is USDA certified organic and suitable for a wide range of people, which does put the price up slightly, I think the formula is a little too expensive due to the fact that it contains ingredients that are definitely not sufficiently dosed.
Shroom Tech Greens Verdict
Although I do like Onnit and the products that they produce, I’m not overly impressed by the Shroom Tech Greens formula.
Unfortunately, the fact that the formula does not contain sufficiently dosed ingredients means that I wouldn’t recommend it.
Since this is the case, I also don’t think the price that the formula is sold at is justified.
Overall, if you’re looking for a mushroom and greens formula, I would look elsewhere.
I would recommend either choosing a blended mushroom and greens formula or mixing a high-quality mushroom powder with a super greens formula that contains sufficiently dosed ingredients.
