Sculpt Nation Greens is a superfood formula containing super greens, fruit, and adaptogenic herbs.
This formula is one of the most popular supplements produced by the Sculpt Nation brand, the brand that most famously produces ‘Burn’ (fat burning supplements) and is featured alongside V Shred programs.
The formula is marketed toward those that are looking for an extra boost of nutrients that they’re otherwise not getting from their diets, and those looking to lose weight.
Packed with powerful ingredients, the formula boosts overall wellness and vitality whilst also supplying the consumer with a selection of impressive health benefits.
If you’re thinking of purchasing the Sculpt Nation Greens formula or you’re also interested in taking a closer look at the formula, check out my full Sculpt Nation Greens review below.
What are Sculpt Nations Greens?
Looking at the Sculpt Nation website, I’m not overwhelmed by the design of the website, the copy on the site seems a little pushy, and the overall branding seems a little too “in your face” for my liking.
However, I do like that the brand has incorporated Youtube videos onto the site to help potential customers understand the brand’s products further!
Looking at the Greens product, once again, it just all looks a bit too pushy, and I’m not so keen on the branding of the formula – it looks more like aggressively branded protein to me.
I can’t say I’m blown away by Sculpt Nation and the Sculpt Nation Greens formula on an initial glance, so I’m looking forward to taking a closer look and seeing what it’s really made of. Hopefully, I’ll be proved wrong!

Background on Sculpt Nations
Sculpt Nation was founded in 2017 by Vince Sant, due to “V Shred fitness clients asking us what supplements to take”, as Sant claims.
Although V Shred has definitely made Sant a lot of money and made him extremely popular, the program has been called a scam, and therefore it’s not surprising that Sculpt Nation has also been labeled a scam.
In fact, the business isn’t BBB (Better Business Bureau) accredited and scores 2.73 out of 5 stars on the BBB website. On Trustpilot, the business scores 1.9 stars out of 5 stars, with a handful of negative reviews.
The majority of the negative reviews are with regards to the most popular Sculpt Nation product, “Burn”, and the bad customer service of the company.
So, not looking great so far for the Sculpt Nation brand!
Sculpt Nation Greens Benefits
Sculpt Nation Greens is actually pretty informative when it comes to telling people about the benefits associated with this formula, unlike a lot of supplement companies out there.
The brand claims that the formula will support joint health, boost energy levels, push toxins from the body, boost immunity, reduce inflammation, support fat loss, and increase overall mental and physical health.
As a nice touch, Sculpt Nation links specific ingredients with health benefits. For example, “wheatgrass – inflammation-fighting, blood sugar controlling superfood that also helps improve digestion and reduce bloating”.
Sculpt Nations Greens Ingredients
Sculpt Nation Greens contains 27 ingredients, not including flavoring ingredients, all of which apart from one exist in proprietary blends.
Proprietary blends don’t show the amount of each ingredient within the blend, and therefore figuring out the efficacy of the formula is very difficult, if not impossible, to do.
However, I’ll be taking a closer look at the efficacy of this formula later on in this review.
First, let’s take a look at the formula’s ingredient label!
- Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen – 2.5g
- Green Balance Alkalizing Blend (2.5g) – Alfalfa Grass, Wheat Grass, Barley Grass, Lemon Fruit, Gotu Kola Leaf, Kale Leaf, Astragalus Root, Spirulina, Bitter Melon Gourd, Oat Grass, Chlorella.
- Betta Berries Antioxidant Blend (1g) – Acai Fruit, Acerola Fruit, Jabutica Fruit, Cranberry Fruit, Goji Berry, Mangosteen Fruit, Maqui Berry, Pomegranate Fruit, Strawberry Fruit, Schisandra Berry.
- Adaptogenic Blend (487mg) – Turmeric Root, Ashwagandha Root, Reishi Fruiting Body, Rhodiola Root.
- Lactobacillus Sporonges – 80mg
- Other Ingredients – Calcium Silicate, Silicon Dioxide.

How does Sculpt Nation Greens Taste?
Sculpt Nation Greens is available in ‘Regular’, ‘Peach’, and ‘Strawberry’ flavors.
The formula is flavored using natural flavors and sweetened using sucralose, which isn’t great – it’s an artificial sweetener!
There’s a complete lack of customer reviews online about this formula, and therefore the taste of the formula is unknown. However, with sucralose making an appearance, it’s most likely going to taste sweet!
Side Effects
Sculpt Nation doesn’t warn about any potential side effects but does suggest that those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and those on medication should always consult a doctor before consuming any new supplement, and this is actually very good advice!
Does Sculpt Nation Greens Work?
Unfortunately, as mentioned above, Sculpt Nation Greens is made up of proprietary blends, apart from one ingredient which is shown.
Proprietary blends make it impossible to know how much of each ingredient actually exists within the formula, and therefore it makes working out the efficacy of the formula very hard to do!
Nonetheless, we can take a look at the standard recommended doses of some of the ingredients and compare it to the proprietary blend amount to see if the blends will even possibly contain sufficiently dosed ingredients.
First, though, let’s take a look at the one ingredient that is shown, and that is bovine collagen. There’s 2.5g of bovine collagen in the formula, and whilst typically collagen supplements contain much more than this, it just meets the 2.5 – 15g recommended daily dose of collagen.
However, moving on to looking at the blends, it’s not such good news!
The Green Balance Alkalising Blend contains spirulina, chlorella, and wheatgrass amongst its 11 ingredients, and the combined recommended dose of these three ingredients comes to 6g, but the blend only totals 2.5g.
Therefore, it’s highly unlikely (more likely impossible) that all of the ingredients within this blend will be sufficiently dosed.
Looking at the Adaptogenic blend that weighs 487mg in total, it’s clear once again that not all of the ingredients within this blend will be sufficiently dosed because ashwagandha, just one of the ingredients, has a recommended dose of 500-600mg!
So, overall, it’s very unlikely that all of the ingredients within the formula are sufficiently dosed. Therefore, the formula may not provide the consumer with the benefits that the brand claims it will.
Sculpt Nation Greens Reviews
Sculpt Nation Greens isn’t available on Amazon, and therefore we can’t take a look at customer reviews on there like we usually do!
In fact, there seem to be pretty much no customer reviews of this product – there aren’t any reviews on the Sculpt Nation website and the product isn’t available on any other third-party supplement websites.
Therefore, we can’t look at any customer reviews!
For a product that is apparently so popular, it’s super strange that there are no customer reviews of the product online.
Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy
Sculpt Nation offers a “lifetime” money-back guarantee, but seeing as the company has some pretty bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau when it comes to customer service and refunds, it’s unclear how effective this money-back guarantee would actually be.
Where to buy Sculpt Nation Greens?
You can buy Sculpt Nation Greens from the Sculpt Nation website.
Is It Worth The Price?
Sculpt Nation Greens is sold in tubs that contain 30 servings of formula (with a 7g serving size). You can either buy one tub, a three tub pack, or a six tub pack, and each option is available as either a one-off purchase or on a subscription.
Obviously, the more you buy you save, and if you sign up for a subscription you save too!
So, let’s take a look at some of these prices.
The highest price this formula is sold for is $49.00 for one tub on a one-time purchase, meaning the cost per serving of the formula would work out at $1.63.
The lowers price this formula is sold for is $32.50, and this price is only available if you purchase the six tub pack on a subscription option. At this price, the cost per serving of the formula works out at $1.08.
The formula is fairly expensive seeing that it likely doesn’t contain sufficiently dosed ingredients and the company has negative reviews about it!
I personally don’t think this formula is worth the price that it is.
Sculpt Nation Greens Verdict
I already knew that there was a certain level of controversy when it comes to the Sculpt Nation brand and the supplements it produces, but I am glad that I’ve reviewed the product myself – hopefully, it’s provided a comprehensive, non-biased review of the formula.
I have to say, overall, I’m not the biggest fan of the formula or the brand!
The formula contains insufficiently dosed ingredients and is made up of proprietary blends, it has no customer reviews, and is sweetened using an artificial sweetener – these are all the things I avoid when looking for a high-quality supplement!
In addition, the negative reviews of the brand and the concern that the brand could be scamming customers definitely makes me want to look elsewhere for a greens formula!
I would recommend looking elsewhere and choosing a high-quality greens powder with a fully disclosed label from a trusted brand!
LifeHacker Guy Greens Recommendation
Some Call This An "Extreme" Step...
Most super greens supplements are disappointing.
I learned this the hard way. After creating this blog in 2018, I spent months buying and testing all the most popular brands.
I wasn’t happy with the results so I did something you might call "extreme"....
In 2019 I created my own brand that ticks every single box of what I look for in a super greens product:
- No hidden ingredient amounts - we have full disclosure labelling, so you know EXACTLY whats inside
- Ingredient amounts that make a difference - we include the minimum effective amounts supported by research, and most of the time, MORE
- Ingredients that help immunity, boost mental clarity and shake off brain fog - making for a much more productive and happy lifestyle
No more worrying about ineffective ingredients or too low dosages. I finally have a product I KNOW does the job it’s made to do.
I use it every day and, after years of battling Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), I now have my energy (and my life!) back.
The good news? I made my brand available to the public so you can see and feel the difference for yourself.
Correlation, not necessarily causation, but disturbing: I fasted yesterday, had a light meal of carrot soup last night when my blood glucose was only 64. This morning, I’ve had coffee with heavy cream and tried one glass of this Greens stuff (my husband got it “free” he says) and my blood glucose reading was just 224! (tested twice in disbelief and then did a control test on my meter!) I’m usually in the 80s in the morning. The only difference was drinking this stuff. WTF!?
Hi Adam, good review and thank you. I am following the workouts in VShred and I like them, however I don’t get into proprietary type supplements or a big marketing push of products. I am a healthy 61 years, eat well, and I am interested in exploring a greens type supplement. I noticed your link from the previous commenter – thank you, I will explore that.
Thanks Donna, appreciate your time to make a comment here.
Please share any feedback you have with your greens!

Hello Adam, Thank you for your review.
I’m a customer of Vshred and I actually really like the workouts and have made good progress with following them but I was concerned about the supplements. After reading your review, is there a greens blend you recommend for overall veggie and vitamin nutrition? I have looked at so many but always find something wrong with the product or it’s way too expensive. I’m a female in my early 20’s just hoping to have a great diet along with a healthy athletic body. Please let me know if you have feedback. Thanks again!!
Hey Lydia,
Glad you like the workouts, I haven’t tried them myself!
Regarding recommended greens powders, I have reviewed many and got a list of ones I like. Check out the link.
