What is SkinnyFit Beauty Juice?

Skinny Fit Beauty Juice is a red superfood powder that claims to deliver a tasty blend of nutrients to support youthful skin, improved gut health, more energy, and better mood.

It does this with a combination of adaptogenic, anti-inflammatory superfood blend ingredients that is acai flavored.

I have previously looked at Skinny Fit Greens, one of their best selling supplements.

They have a good following amongst women with who the brand resonates wishing to follow a healthy lifestyle.

How does Beauty Juice Taste?

Whether you are consuming greens or reds superfood powder they are typically very bitter in taste which is why natural sweeteners are often used to counteract the bitterness.

Skinny Fit use monk fruit instead of stevia leaf to naturally sweeten the taste.

There is only one flavor available and that's Açaí flavor.

Side Effects

There will unlikely be any side effects from consuming Beauty Juice reds superfood when taking in the recommended amounts.

If you're taking medication or have any existing medical condition then it makes sense to seek medical advice before any over-the-counter supplement.

Does Beauty Juice Work?

The effectiveness of any supplement is down to its formula, which includes not only the ingredients used but their dosages too.

As with SKinny Fit's other supplements (and unfortunately most brands), all the ingredients are within proprietary blends and so we don't get to know the dosages in the formula.

The “antioxidant superfood blend” is packed with 11 fruits and berries that will contain antioxidants that help keep free radicals under control (Source).

Types of mushrooms

I am most interested in the “Pure Vitality Energy Blend” as this contains beetroot powder, three types of mushroom, Tumeric, and Rhodiola Root powder.

There is a good amount of research to support the health benefits of beetroot and benefits of mushrooms.

some or many, of the ingredients won't be in the correct dosages

It's likely that the proprietary blend is a little light and so, some or many, of the ingredients won't be in the correct dosages. You often see beetroot powder in dosages of 1-3 grams in other beet or reds formulas.

I am a big fan of taking Rhodiola Rosea daily as this adaptogen has been shown to improve brain function, help with stress, and reduce feelings of fatigue.

Dosages of between 200–600 mg per day have been suggested to be helpful and safe.

Again, it's unclear how much Rhodiola is in the Beauty Fit formula.

In summary, there will be a benefit to consuming this supplement especially if you are missing these nutrients in your diet. As to the claims, without knowing the dosages it's impossible to know how effective the formula could be.

Beauty Juice Reviews

So, how do customers rate Skinny Fit Red Juice?

I took a cross-section of feedback from their website and Amazon store to get a balanced view of what customers thought about this supplement.

Overall it had good feedback with an Amazon rating of 4.1 out of 5 at the time of writing my review.

Negative feedback was mostly around the tub being half-filled, you can see why customers can be upset by looking at the pictures below.

After trying this product a few times, I wanted to leave a simple review. For one thing, I liked the smell of the powder. I also liked how easy it is to use. These are two things which can sometimes make it hard for me to continue using a product continuously – for which I plan on doing with this one!5 stars

Still trying to get use to this, has great flavor but not sure how it works yet.3 stars

I don’t even want to give it one star as the container was only half full. When you pay $70 for something you expect to get your moneys worth. Never again! Beyond disappointed with this company.1 star

Money-Back Guarantee / Returns Policy

There is a 90-day money-back guarantee on all orders with Skinny Fit. If you are unhappy with your order you can reach out to them and they send you a prepaid shipping label to send your product back.

Where to buy Skinny Fit Beauty Juice?

You can buy Skinny Fit Red juice via the official website and from their Amazon store.

Is It Worth The Price?

One tub of Beauty Juice costs a fairly hefty $79.95 but you can save 25% by going for the “subscribe and save” option, which reduces the cost to a more affordable $59.95.

The monthly subscription can be canceled at any time.

This puts the daily serving cost of Beauty Juice Reds at between $2 – $2.66 per day.

As I highlighted above, many Amazon customers have highlighted the shock of opening the jar to discover it's half-filled.

This is an issue when you use a supplement jar that's much larger than the powder inside. Maybe they should be using the correct size jar?

SkinnyFit Reds jar half empty

I have noticed this on a few reds superfood supplements, recently when in my KOS super reds review too.

The Bottom Line

I am a fan of many of the ingredients in this red superfood powder, but because we don't get to know the dosages, we can't be sure how effective it is.

And because of this, the cost of this supplement is on the high side, especially when considering the many other options available.

In summary, some nice ingredients are not great value for money so that you may be better off shopping elsewhere.
